Service was great as usual, except for one detail

So far, I have had entirely positive experiences in regard to servicing my 2013 Ford Focus at Bill Utter Ford, and Danny Morris offered great customer service, with which I was quite pleased. This time, I got a transmission module replaced (still under warranty), oil change, and a new battery. The only complaint I have is that I think I may have received a 26-point inspection instead of a 27-point inspection, because just a few days after having my car returned to me, my low tire pressure warning went off inside my car. I put air in my tires for free at a Quik Stop, so it wasn't a big deal, but I think that was supposed to happen while my car was at Bill Utter Ford. But hey, everybody slips up sometimes. I'm happy I haven't had any major problems with my car thus far, and I make sure to keep it well maintained.
