Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. Thank you both for all your hard work and working with me.
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
I just picked my Ford Flex up from Southgate Ford today. I had not dealt with them previously. I called a closer dealership first and they informed me it would be about a week before they could even look at it. My rear door wouldn't close so I couldn't really wait a week. Southgate Ford had me bring it in the next day although they were extremely busy. They had to send for a part and it was still done yesterday evening which was the next day. Brent was the individual who worked on my car and he was very helpful and pleasant in letting me know the timeline. We are looking for a new vehicle and will look at Southgate Ford first due to our positve experience with their service department.
Southgate Ford's Service Department is exceptionally friendly and prompt on dealing with customers. Jamie Thompson their Service Advisor is very professional, courteous, and goes that extra mile to please her customers. We have had our vehicles serviced there for the last 15 years. I would highly recommend Southgate Ford to deal with your vehicle problems.
RR tire was losing air, upon inspection I found what appeared to be a foreign object in tire, I purchased the wheel and tire warranty at time I purchased car, so I took it back for repair. Staff acted in a professional manner and car was done in timely manner, less than 1 hour. Service personnel took the screw which caused flat out taped it to paper on dash and showed it to me so I would know what caused it.
I recently moved to Michigan and have been getting my car serviced at Southgate. The people working there are always super friendly and helpful. Even with the construction going on they were able to change my oil quickly with no issues!
Took my car into the quick lane on a friends recommendation, not only was the experience amazing, Yahya was the best customer service rep I have ever had to deal with, I will be a forever customer. Thank you Jack Demmer.

The staff at suburban are all professionals. Jeffrey cawood manager is truly a asset to the team there. My salesman dean is the best. He works with you to get into a car that fits your needs. From the phone operator kay, to all the staff in service they make your trip there a soothing experience. Once again thank you all.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
My entire experience here has been spectacular.....how buying a car, or anything, should be. I am happy to take the time to review Cadillac of Novi! Peter Yatooma was my salesperson and he was just awesome! They have made me a customer for life.
Kristin was very pleasant and professional to work with and she explained the process to me since I hadn't purchased a vehicle in awhile. The staff was also very polite to me while waiting to speak to Kristin. This is a truly an exceptional dealership. Thank you Mini of Ann Arbor I love my Honda Accord.
I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
