I purchased my Ford before I moved here, but their service dept has kept my truck running very reliably and diagnosed it very honestly. I used to go to another "general repair shop" and to be honest, Cleburne Ford is more affordable and more qualified. I do drive a lot, so I get my oil changed about once every 4-5 weeks, so I get a lot of experience wit these guys. They are very nice and do what they need to do to make it right all the way around

Anthony in service was great. You could tell he really enjoys his job. I was a little concerned when I first arrived. All the customer service reps were standing around talking while I wad standing there for several minutes waiting on someone to come out. Anthony was on the phone and seemed to be the only person working. The moment he hung up the phone he grabber his clipboard and came right out to me. He was extra apologetic for the wait. He was helpful and quick to get my questions answered and to get me the info I needed.

If you want or need a large SUV that gets great gas mileage and carries lots of gear and people, this Ford will do the trick. The Limited model comes nicely equipped and will garner lots of compliments from your passengers for both room and comfort. Ford is getting closer to perfecting this model.
For what I’m paying the 2018 (and on) Ford Expedition is incredible. The performance the look (interior and exterior) is awesome. This thing continues to surprise me. It beat the Cadillac Escallade in a video I watched recently in almost every category!
Even the bells and whistles have bells and whistles! Amazing SUV at a fair price. Strong performance. Gorgeous styling. Plenty of room. Ford has a winner here! Very happy with this vehicle.
I traded in a 2016 Platinum Expedition for a 2018 Platinum Expedition. I was absolutely blown away by the difference. This is like driving a Lexus. The fit and finish are perfect, super quiet ride, every gadget you could want and then some. It is a tremendous value for the luxury you get. You have to test drive it to believe because I was skeptical as well. could not believe the difference.
As far as I know, the repairs were done right but I am not a mechanic and have always trusted Bankston/AutoNation with my service. Southwest Ford did not stand behind their repeated dismissal of noises I was reporting on my Mustang convertible which left the steering column collapsed in my lap as I was just driving straight down the road at 55 mph. So, I went to Ford and THEY bought my 3 year old Limited Addition Mustang convertible back for $28,000 when Charlie Gilchrist was only willing to pay me $15,000 for a trade-in. That is why I come to Bankston/Autonation. Treat me right and I will be yours forever. Treat me wrong and the world will know about it! I guarantee you that!
Pacer is THE BEST and I would not want another Customer Service Rep to deal with me!
Treat him right and don't let him go! We have a good line of understanding and communication going!

We traded in our Xterra, because we just didn’t have any leg room with 2 full size car seats in the back. The Expedition has extra room to spare! Love our BIG family SUV
Beautiful family car to own. Reliable, and roomier. It has all the features you need. Fully loaded and drives very smooth. This car will last long for years to come
This was my first visit to AutoNation Ford. Easy and painless. I set an appointment on-line for a 30,000 mile check up and service for my vehicle. Met my Service Adviser, Jerry Fisher. Mr. Fisher was helpful and attentive. Kept me updated throughout the visit. The appointment was for 1pm and I was out by 2:30pm. Everything that I asked to be done was done. A couple of things I requested, transmission fluid change and tire rotation was not. The items were checked, but deemed not necessary at this time. Fluid level and condition was fine and tire wear was not sufficient to warrant the tire rotation. Saved me a few dollars on the visit. That is always a good thing. Told Mr. Fisher I appreciated his help and expertise and that from this point on, whenever I come in for any service issues ... emergency or routine ... he is my point of contact.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Just had this vehicle a week but have been a lifelong Ford owner. It was purchased as a replacement vehicle with an eye for towing a camper in the future. I was impressed with the towing rating but also with the interior as well. Heated/vented leather seats, navigation, USB & AC voltage ports, Sirius XM & climate zones. Everything works & works well. Braking is great & the 3.5 liter twin turbo seems to have more power than I thought it would.
Simply put, Hiley Hyundai of Forth Worth had the right car at the right price for a car for my son. Good enough deal to fly from New York State to Fort Worth Texas to get it. But that is a small part of the story. Dealt with Rodney, he made the transaction as simple as possible. He picked me up at the airport, flight was delayed 2 hours, he checked on my flight and called me to confirm delay before I could even call him. Drove to dealership, car was as EXACTLY as described. Signed paperwork and was on my way. He checked on us 3 times as we drove back to New York to make sure our journey was going as planned. Car performed flawlessly, temp outside was 100+ degrees, no issues. I have purchased cars out-of-state 7 times or more, have dealt with some honest folks all over the country. Rodney was the best. My son loves the car. Next time I need a car, I will look here first and give Rodney a call.

A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.
I'm a "Ford" guy--I only own Ford vehicles. I bought my 2006 Ford F-250 from this dealership 10 years ago, and I' leased two PHEV (Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles) back in 2013--a Fusion Energi and a C-Max Energi. The lease on both cars was due to end, and I approached Lynn Self in late Dec 2016 about replacing both vehicles. Lynn worked with me and let me know when my desired vehicles were available--2017 Fusion Energi and C-Max Energi. I came in, ran the numbers with Lynn and the sales manager (Brian), and closed the deal with the business manager (Dwight). Overall--the whole experience was very positive--and the key element (in addition to a quality Ford product) was Lynn Self. He is a dedicated professional who demonstrated every behavior you'd like to see when dealing with another person--engaging personality, knowledgeable about the products, expeditious in completing the paperwork, and considerate and caring in his personal interactions before, during, and after the sale. I'd highly recommend David McDavid Ford, and especially Lynn Self!

This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!
This is the third new Hyundai I have purchased and the first at Vandergriff. In my opinion, Vandergriff requires too much paperwork, e.g., a "Power of Attorney" to sell the car I traded in, and their requirement for me and my wife to sign the new title application as our names are printed on our driver's licenses and not our usual signatures. I understand these are Vandergriff's interpretation of the laws of Texas, but I suspect Vandergriff is too strict and probably not justified in their interpretation... Otherwise, Vandergriff has been in business a long time and has a good reputation in this area. ( I bought a new car from them in 1958.) I visited two other dealers in my area, both of which were nearer to my home, and Vandergriff offered me the best deal. I am satisfied.

SUV exceeds the needs of my family of 5. More than enough comfortable seating, has power climbing hills up North, and options to add on rooftop cargo basket, trailer hitch cargo extender or both.
I recently purchased a new 2016 Mustang Ecoboost after seeing it listed on Autotrader. Lynn Self was the first person I talked to about the car and was very knowledgeable and prompt to respond with any questions I had. It took two weeks from the first enquiry to picking up the car and during that time Lynn was always easy to get hold of and a joy to talk to. I am from the UK and am currently studying in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I flew to Dallas from Albuquerque on a Thursday morning. Lynn had parked the car in front of the entrance doors to the dealership, which made it difficult to walk in without looking too excited! I was then greeted by Lynn and his beaming smile. He had been extremely friendly over the phone and it was no different in person. There was an issue with releasing the car to me because of my UK driving license. Something like this had never come up before and I was frequently kept updated on what was going on. Mark Wimberly worked tirelessly behind the scenes with head office to get the problem resolved, which he did. He was a huge help and a credit to McDavid Ford. Now here is where Lynn begins to stand far above the rest and goes way above and beyond his call of duty. By the time the problem had been resolved and the car could be released to me, it was 5pm and so the banks had closed. I could not pay for the car until the following morning. Before I had a chance to look at hotels, Lynn immediately insisted that he took care of me by offering to take me out for dinner and inviting me to stay at his own home. According to Lynn, the place we went to for dinner had the best ribs around, and he wasn???t wrong! He and his wife made me feel right at home and were unbelievably kind to me. The following morning the deal was completed and with no more surprises. The car was flawless and was exactly as described and pictured. The service I received was second to none and was an experience I will never forget. This was also my first car and so the buying experience was new to me. If every buying experience is like this, then I will have no hesitation buying again. Lynn was extremely modest and insisted that what he had done for me was nothing special, which is far from the truth. I am more than satisfied with the experience and was something I will not forget. Unfortunately, I return to the UK in 12 months??? time and so it is very unlikely I will have the opportunity to purchase a car from Lynn and McDavid Ford Fort Worth again. However, if our paths cross again in the future it would be an absolute pleasure to do business with you and your team again. Lynn made me feel so at ease with the buying experience and took such good care of me that I made a friend and, in fact, I felt a little sad to say goodbye to him. Lynn is more than a salesman to me, I am proud to call him a friend.

I love the exterior Ford stepped up on this one, interior is very roomy, I do not like the vents, but the vehicle itself is very nice. Rides good, but I am concerned about gas mileage. On average down the road at 60-65miles per hr the best average was 16.9miles/gallon.
A few weeks I visited a competitor Ford dealership and had the worst experience i had ever had trying to buy a car. I had dealt with the most blatant form of bait and switch I had ever experienced. I have been very dedicated to The Ford Motor Company over the years and up until then I had never even dreamed of buying anything else. Once I was done with dealership "X" I swore that I would never buy a Ford again. In fact I immediately started at looking at Dogde, that's how bad it got. Last week in a last ditch effort my wife convinced me to give McDavid Ford a try and begrudgingly I did. Right when we arrived we were met by our rep T.J. Elkhatib, I didn't have to hunt someone down or get passed off 3 times, he met us on the lot and got us to the car we were looking for. I made it known to him very early about my experience at Dealership "X", his first comments to me after listening to my story was he was going to be very upfront and honest with me as he would put it "zero games" would be played. The other thing I was so impressed about was we he was a "car guy". He knew everything about the car I was looking at and even the one's I wasn't, he loved cars, loved knowing about cars and simply just wanted to talk about them. As I picked out the car I wanted we went to the table to talk over the deal he quickly went over to talk to his Sales Manager Brian Bertschy and informed him of the experience I had at Dealership "X" as well, Brian again assured me no games up front and honest discussions about the deal and that is exactly how they were. As we hammered out the deal I kept waiting for the bait the switch, that one little detail that was originally left out. It never came in fact I was so impressed with the operation I ended up paying more for the car than I had planned and never flinched at it. I was so appreciative of their honesty and straight forwardness I had no troubles making sure I had a deal with them. I was extremely impressed with the way they handled their customers I was certain I would be back to buy another car from them. And a so I did. While waiting for my finance paperwork my wife letting Brain and T.J. know how much we appreciated their hard work and honesty she started to discuss the current car she was in (which was not a Ford) and how we correct that. Brian and TJ both took some notes form the discussion asked a few further questions and said they thought they had a couple of cars that fit her criteria. Next morning they called us and asked if we could bring her car that afternoon. She drove up to see what they had and within a matter of really a few minutes maybe an hour had worked out an incredible deal for her as well. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the cars we purchased, but more importantly we are more impressed with the individual attention we received from both TJ and Brian. Most places you shop today you are merely a number or a dollar sign to those companies, Brian and TJ prove that at David McDavid Ford people are what matter to them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new car.
