I just purchased a 2026 Ford Maverick Lobo from this dealership! My salesman was Jose Quezada and I loved his no pressure sales! He let me do my research and they beat competitors price without question! This is a 10 star dealership! If you?re wanting to get into a new ride go see Jose! They will take care of you!

They made it really easy for me to make a choice. They worked with my on my price range and what I could or couldn’t do!
2021 Ford Expedition review
Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

DriveTime 5.0 ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 831 reviews Share Your Experience Laura Scott is extremely patient and professional. Ive had a lot of health issues and have had to cancel appointments and she was great with all that. She truly helped me to find the right vehicle for my family that I would feel safe driving them around in. this is my second transaction with Drivetime at Alta Mere and it was seamless and easy. I will send family and friends to Laura. Keep up the good work.

Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

Moritz Kia Fort Worth review
I recently brought mycar in to Mortiz Kia for a routine check-up and oil change, and I couldn't be more impressend with the service I received -especially from Jonathan. From the moment I arrived, he made the experience smooth, efficient, and geniunely pleasant. Jonathan greeted me with a friendly attitude as always, and took the time to explain everything that would be done during the visit. He was professional, corteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though it was just a regular maintenance appointment, Jonathan treated it with the same level of attention and care you'd expect from a major service. He made sure my car was thoroughly inspected and even gave me a few helpful tips for my next appointment. The entire experience was fast, hassle-free, and handled with professionalism. Thanks to Jonathan, I always left feeling like a valued costumer. Highly recommend reserve a service/maintenance appointment with Jonathan, he truly goes above and beyond.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Westway Ford review
My service advisor (Katlin) is outsourcing. Very helpful and friendly to everyone that came in for service. A roll model for the company and service area.
2019 Ford Expedition review
Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

Absolute best experience ever at any dealership, Eric Macias my advisor communicated clearly updated me all along the way and was extremely professional.. even help me find personal item I left in the longer vehicle
2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
