This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. 2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

I cannot recommend this dealership—and specifically Chris Rodriguez—highly enough. If I could give this experience six stars, I would. I was originally looking to purchase a truck locally in California, but after interacting with Chris, I decided to take a chance on a 2024 F-250 all the way from Texas because it was in better condition. Buying a vehicle from out of state adds a lot of "what-ifs" and logistical complications, but Chris is the sole reason this sale happened. From start to finish, he went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive to every question and concern I had, never leaving me in the dark. He had the paperwork buttoned up perfectly and managed to get the truck shipped out in astonishingly short time. He did exactly what he said he would do, every step of the way. What really impressed me was how he handled the curveballs. We faced some significant challenges, including a compressed timeframe from start to finish, plus a major headache at the 11th hour when the local AutoNation dealership on my end somehow managed to lose my check, which complicated the entire process. Despite those setbacks, Chris made the experience as easy as possible and kept everything on track. If only every car-buying experience could be this seamless and professional. Couldn't be more pleased overall.

We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal. Within 30 minutes we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

2025 Ford Expedition review
So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.

2019 Ford Expedition review
Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.
2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.
