Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

We were looking for a very specific Navigator, and could not locate one locally. We found exactly what we wanted at Wickstrom, 80+ miles from our home. We connected with Tristan Metzner and set an appointment to see and drive the car. The only day we were available was her day off, but she agreed to meet with us anyway. She was very personable and definitely well-versed on Lincolns. We decided to buy the car, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process went. None of the back and forth that plagues the process at other dealers. I told her what I wanted on my trade and they met it. They also increased their discount on the Navigator over what we had discussed earlier. Tristan was fantastic through it all, including getting us set up with the Lincoln app and the driver settings in the car. I highly recommend Wickstrom Auto group and specifically Tristan Metzner!! So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.

My son’s truck broke down in the area and we had it towed to this dealership for repair. From our first contact, the dealership helped to make a very stressful situation more manageable. The team received our vehicle as they were closing and helped to get us logged in and on our way. The service is excellent at this dealership! Ano led the team that repaired our vehicle. He reached out regularly with updates and provided accurate estimates for the repairs. He and the rest of team are very friendly and responsive. They also have a car rental service on site. Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

Had a great buying experience with them. Purchased a used Navigator from out of state, flew in to check it out and was greeted at O’Hare by a wonderful gentleman that took me back to the dealership, it was a great ride back being picked up and already being texted about the details upon landing. The used Navigator was waiting for me inside and had be perfectly detailed and was ready for a test drive, the moment I got to the dealership. Salesman Tim was awesome to deal with throughout our entire buying process from answering all questions and doing a video call walk through on the vehicle before commenting to buy it. The Navigator was as described, they worked with us to hold it while waiting to get everything arraigned to make the trip to buy it. They even had all the numbers for financing and extended warranty done prior, so it was a simple deal of signing the documents and then proceeding on a 6.5 hour drive home in a wonderful Navigator, even in Chicago traffic. Highly recommend using this dealership and will possibly be back for future purchase as everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to work with.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

There is not one thing I can think of that this car needs, but doesn't have. From the power, heated seats and steering wheels, to 36 degree camera system, it is really something to behold.
