A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.
I went down to Haag Ford to purchase a new F-450 and I dealt with Justin Havlin. I live in Seymour Indiana and would happily drive the 1 1/2 hours to buy another vehicle from him because of how well I was treated. The finance department really helped me out as well. I am very happy overall with the dealership.

The Expedition has the best technology a suv can have, I am very surprised of all the new things that it has. I couldnt find it in any other suv.
Cannot talk highly enough about my experience here. I dealt with the owner Ric, and Morgan. Both were extremely courteous and I felt zero pressure. Ric worked with me on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I was dreading it because I've had a few bad experiences buying vehicles, and this place helped restore my faith. Definitely will be going back, and recommending to anyone in the market. Service department was great as well.

The ford expedition is roomy and luxurious. The middle and back seats have the same amount of leg room, which is good for everyone. Happy with my purchase
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Could not be happier with my recent purchase of this vehicle. It’s like having a full size bed pickup truck with a cap on it.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. If you want or need a large SUV that gets great gas mileage and carries lots of gear and people, this Ford will do the trick. The Limited model comes nicely equipped and will garner lots of compliments from your passengers for both room and comfort. Ford is getting closer to perfecting this model.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

Our dream vehicle now so disappointed. We need help.
Everyone was very nice and honest. They answered all my questions and then some. I called numerous times because I lived three hours away and they always called me right back and kept in touch.

This SUV has met all my needs and the needs of little ones cause it has a CD player Luxury, roomy, dependable, The back is like a mini theater , and the rig rides like a dream. Can't get any better than a Eddie Bauer!
Bought a 2006 Hyundai Sonata in 2014. In 2016 car was totaled. Insurance devalued car because it had previous damage to the frame ( not disclosed at purchase) Be sure and get Carfax... don't let them talk you out of it.

I love this car I definitely won't be disappointed if it doesn't sell I put over $2000 into it it's a dream to drive just want a more economical car on gas this expedition gets 17mpg

This vehicle is so comfortable to ride in! It has the power I need for the mountains, back road exploring, and for towing capabilities. It has the room I need for 7 people, dogs, and any extra cargo. It looks good and serves all my purposes and needs! I am a happy Ford Expedition owner!
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.

We love our 2017 Expedition. This is our third Expedition, having had a 2000 and a 2006. This is the most comfortable one yet. It drives very smoothly and it has plenty of room for our whole family.
Looked in several different places couldn't find what we wanted. Stopped in not only did we find perfect truck with a great price. Roger made the whole experience hassle free and in and out in record time. Roger made our truck shopping experience stress free highly recommend thanks again

Just had this vehicle a week but have been a lifelong Ford owner. It was purchased as a replacement vehicle with an eye for towing a camper in the future. I was impressed with the towing rating but also with the interior as well. Heated/vented leather seats, navigation, USB & AC voltage ports, Sirius XM & climate zones. Everything works & works well. Braking is great & the 3.5 liter twin turbo seems to have more power than I thought it would.
Russel and his team are my christmas elves this year. If it wasnt for them trying so hard to find my husband and i a car that we could still use our trade in sebring for we would have been stuck. He is amazing and i would recommend anyone who needs a car to go talk to him. He will get you a deal!

This is by far the best vehicle on the road. I only wish it still had the 5.4 V8. The 6 is find but I just prefer an 8.
I was looking for a specific used car they had in their inventory. Took it for a test drive and they didn’t pressure me to buy right then and there. It was an easy buying process and at a good price.

The most technologically advanced expedition, easily pairs with our cell phones to answer and make calls from your current contact lists, receives and reads text messages, etc.. great navigation, rear backup camera and heated seats are great on the cold winter days.
Great experience in buying my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Keith was the bear in helping me figure out exactly what I wanted and got me a great deal if you go to this dealership talk to Keith he will take fantastic care of you

The young man was honest with me and said the car I came to see would start overheating after about an hour of driving. Hopefully he tells everyone the truth about that car.

The main engine computer had issues at 22,000 miles but was covered by Ford, the front rotors needed resurfacing early and I put a battery in it right after the battery warranty expired. I don't think they use great brake pads or batteries from the factory, but other than that the truck has 91,000 miles and 5 years on it and literally runs and drives like new. I haven't even burned out a bulb or had any interior plastic parts break, and we haul kids. This has been the most trouble free and reliable vehicle I have ever owned, including Toyota, Honda and Acura. I didn't like the plasticky dash when I bought it, but 14k cheaper than a similarly equipped Suburban, I learned to live with it.
This place was amazing! I am a young girl and I absolutely know nothing about cars came in with limited cash not much job experience and they were super helpful and refused to give me a car I thought was a decent car but there were lots of things wrong with it! They were super helpful and fast
