Test drove the 2004 Thunderbird. I said I was interested and would pay $14,500 for the car. They said there was a transmission problem with the car and could not negotiate until that was resolved. At the time the car was priced at $15,107. I have sent emails still showing my interest but have not received additional information on the transmission status as of this. Initially my wife and I had just planned on purchasing a car for her since the lease on her current vehicle was due to expire. He made us feel comfortable and not rushed to make a decision. He even went as far to take us to see a model that was being displayed for a car show so my wife could see all of her options. Ultimately she purchased a 2026 Terrain AT4. Every one we encountered was friendly, helpful and answered our questions and made the process of purchasing a car simple and as stress free as possible. We are definitely happy with our interactions, so much that I had an appointment the following day to purchase a Ford Bronco for myself and ended up canceling my appointment and purchasing a Canyon AT4X the following day. So 2 car sales in 2 days. All due to the treatment we received and to be clear feeling comfortable and not being bombarded with a heavy hand to make a decision until we were ready. We also believe we received a fair deal. In addition, I was not happy with the rims on the truck which was almost a deal breaker for me. Purely because I had a vision of what I wanted. Ben, Frank and Chris worked to find me options and Ben found the exact rims I was looking to purchase. We are taking both cars in on Friday for the accessories and they even made sure we have a car to drive while our new cars are being completed. We are grateful and not only will we be buyers in the future we will be sure to share our experience with our friends and family.
