Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

Kunes Honda of Sycamore review
I recently bought a preowned Jeep from Kunes Auto Group and it was hands down the easiest, most painless dealership experience we’ve ever had. The entire team was professional, straightforward, reasonable, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. No games, no pressure, just good people who made the process smooth and stress-free. We drove over an hour to get there, and I would do it again 10 times over. That says everything. Highly recommend. Mark Vasquez is a very professional young man. He was in constant contact with me. Prompt replies, honest & a man of his word. Shocking how easy it can be with the right people at the right dealership! I trust Kunes!!

Zeigler Chevrolet review
I had a perfect experience at Zeigler Chevy in Schaumburg. The service department was amazing in getting my car fixed. The service advisor by the name of Phil was so professional and responsive to my needs! I would recommend him for anyone looking for a personal experience in needing a car repaired. The car was fixed in a timely manner and for a great price as I was given quotes for much more money to have my specific repairs done at other dealerships in my area! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future service needs! Thank you to Phil and the service team a Zeigler Chevy!!!

CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj

Ed Napleton Acura KiaReviews
Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

The team at Taylor was great! They went above and beyond to assist. We had just finished a bad experience with someone else and they were very accommodating with what we wanted to see and making sure it was available to have seen. Highly recommend.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
