She seemed eager and willing to do everything she could, even walk outside to verify the car was on the lot. I really appreciated her willing to go the extra step before we drove 30 miles to the dealership. I felt this was going to be a much better experience than what we were currently dealing with at another local Honda dealer. We arrived at the dealership and Anne Marie was waiting for us. She informed us the car was being brought up and we could get processed to take a test drive. Anne Marie is a Pro. She was very knowledgeable about the car we chose. She was able to answer every question my wife had and made us both feel comfortable throughout the whole process. 2021 Ford Explorer review
First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.

Only glitch was that we went all the way to Baltimore to buy a blue Nissan Sentra SV and then were told it was sold the day before, so we had to settle for a pearl white which wasn’t our first choice. May have been a bait and switch, but can’t confirm. Anyhow, all went pretty well!

2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.
