I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

Hours are not conducive for people who work past 4:30 to pick up the car. Pick up hours should be extended. Too many words are need to say they should stay open later.

Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

I live minutes away from Ace Ford. Mark helped me find the exact Mustang I wanted in minutes over the phone. So on to my experience at the dealer. I met with Mark and met other staff members as well. Test drive, paperwork, signature, detail and gas up, and home with my brand new beast in a little over 2 hours. We had service on our 2020 Escape, rear transaxle repair / replacement. The 2020 Escape has only about 37000 miles on it and was five months out of the power train warranty. Brandon Yon in the service department contacted Ford Customer Relations for us and Ford agreed to pay $800 towards the repair

I went to this dealership using the educator program where as a thank you for our hard work they gave us a free oil change and car wash. Booking this appointment was easy. They got me in the next day. They looked over my car to be sure I didn’t need anything else, too. I really appreciated that because I haven’t really thought about my car since the pandemic started. They even gave me a loaner car for the day! I was over the moon by that gesture! I’ve been loyal to my (other) dealership for nearly a decade and they have never once offered me a loaner and their appointments were weeks out.

After car shopping for 3 weeks and making no progress we were getting exhausted. We dealt with pushy, high-pressure salesmen, salesmen that knew less than me about their cars, and salesmen who didn't seem to have enough energy to get out of their own way. Then we decided to head toward Philly and stopped by Fred Beans on a whim. They had the perfect car, but that's just luck. The salesman we had was outstanding from the moment we sat down and made sure everything was perfect for us. We had a lot of fun talking and joking, but when it came time to do business everyone was eager to work with us to make sure the deal fit our budget and needs. We ended up driving home a CPO car and couldn't be happier. Everyone as Fred Beans was miles ahead of the dozen other dealerships we visited and we'll be happy to drive out of our way to buy from them again.

We have purchased two used cars from Sands. In 2020, my husband bought a 2016 Ford Escape. This week, I traded in my 2002 Subaru Outback for a 2015 Subaru Outback.
