Bill Utter Ford review
The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

What a great experience, no pushy salesman, you get what you get, they are very nice, Jesse took care of us in buying my daughter her first car. Very happy with the experience, would come back to see Jesse and Anthony in the finance department anytime.

AutoNation Ford Frisco review
My wife and I had a great experience buying a new explorer at Auto Nation Frisco. We found the vehicle we were looking for on the website. So I called Saturday morning and spoke to AB what a fantastic young man. We scheduled a time to meet with him, he had the vehicle parked up front and ready to view. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be calling AB again for our next vehicle.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills review
Excellent Service at AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills My recent visit to AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills was an excellent experience from start to finish. I arrived before 7:00 a.m. and was taken in promptly as soon as the dealership opened. My appointment was confirmed, and all my information was already loaded into their system, making the check-in process quick and easy. I had my oil changed, transmission serviced, and inspection completed, all within two hours. They even included a car wash! I was very satisfied with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the team?s commitment to getting me back on the road as quickly as possible so I could continue with the rest of my day. I highly recommend AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills for their excellent customer service, efficiency, and professionalism. It?s refreshing to receive such great service and have your time respected. I will definitely consider them for my future service needs.

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I kept expecting the usual car dealer runaround, but it never happened. All I received was personable professionalism from a friendly staff. The process was 100% customer focused. I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I can and will recommend it to anyone without hesitation. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Planet Ford Dallas Love Field review
I recently bought a truck from Planet Ford and had a great experience. Jayce was excellent to work with—responsive, transparent, and made the buying process smooth. Eddie walked me through the truck with honesty, and the team proactively handled a few repairs (including hail damage) without me even asking. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely buy from them again.

Sal in the service department has been outstanding he is always open and honest about what we have had to do to take care of our vehicle
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.
