Frank was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and also scheduling the service appointment, ordering parts and everything was covered under warranty with the Minimum deductible.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

They forgot my complimentary car wash which left me disappointed but other than that everything was great. I really enjoyed their new facility and the showroom which I browsed around.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

My advisor Favian took his time to listen to my questions and needs about my vehicle. I have been dealing for almost 4 years with a seatbelt problem and he made the necessary calls to get my seat belt repaired. Which prior experience no one listened to get it fixed. I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving.
