Best car shopping experience ever!

I originally came to Stevenson Toyota for an SR5 4Runner, but decided to upgrade once I learned about some of the higher-end options available. The specific vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot, but Mark was able to get a hold of one and get it to the dealership within two weeks. When I asked other dealerships if they could get that same vehicle, all of them responded with a quick "there's no way", or "I don't know how your sales consultant got that for you, but kudos to him", so clearly Mark was able to put together a special deal for me here. Once I came in to take delivery, Mark was sure to explain every last detail of the truck, from setting up my phone/app suite to the extensive offroad controls present in the 4Runner. After 12.5 hours of work the day of delivery, Mark insisted on staying to watch the deal through to the end (waiting on finance), but I insisted he should go home to his family. It took a while to convince him, but he finally conceded and left, which speaks novels about his work ethic. This is where Susan volunteered to stay with me and watch the deal close. Even with the small amount if time I spent with Susan, I can tell she is utterly fantastic and just as devoted to helping out customers as Mark is. Overall, my experience at Stevinson was fantastic; nothing like the dreaded trips to the dealership of yore. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted, for a price thousand of dollars under all of the competition, and I dealt with a bunch of great people whose customer service was A+++! I'll be sending all of my friends to Stevinson from here on out. Great job!
