2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my 4th Ford Explorer over the last 20 years and I am very happy. Every time I upgrade is nicer in every aspect. I am glad that after so many people telling me to just go to another style and company, I made the right decision.

Jovahn Lockhart was the sales person that assisted me in purchasing my 2025 Venue. He took the time to work with the sales manager to come to an acceptable dollar amount for the vehicle I was trading in. I would like to thank everyone at Spitzer Hyundia for for making the purchase a 5 star experience.

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Thanks again Todd for a great experience at Don Sitts Deaiership. Tom S.

Medina Auto Mall review
Haley helped me find a great Deal on a new Buick. No add on sales pressure, handled getting paperwork ready, signed and drove out in less than 45 minutes. Also pleased at no hidden costs added like other dealers do, after the negotiated price. Price, Selection, Service, all great at Medina Buick GMC Cadillac.
2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I ordered my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 diesel from Junction Auto almost a year ago. Corey Turnbull was my salesman and he did a wonderful job helping me through the ordering process. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. This is now the 2nd truck I have ordered from Junction, and both times it has been a good experience! Douglas Haw D.W. Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

John is a very responsible and countable person. I recommend people buy cars at Ford Liberty of Maple Heights. This location has lots of new and used cars. Don't limit yourself at a small area, step out and explore this big dealership, they can save you some money when you found out the deal from their website.

Robert Wells and Volkswagen of streetsboro were amazing, efficient, professional and friendly. Worked within budget parameters. Highly recommend.
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Best service department I?ve experienced in fifty years. Heather made sure I had a loaner car and kept me updated with my cars progress. Repairs were done promptly and properly and my car was cleaner than when I brought it in. Laura runs a tight ship and it shows.
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

We had been looking for a few months. We gave him our number to call if he found what we were looking for,we left the store and did other shopping.Within in a few hours he found one. The next day it was there. It was perfect. All employees said if we had questuions ask us. I was impressed with the manager very friendly did not except that from management.

What impressed me was there was no hard sell. I didn't have someone following me around unless I had questions to try to sell me something I didn't want. In addition buying from a faith based car dealership was very impressive. So nice to see there are still companies that aren't there to see how much they can get for the almighty buck. Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
Our recent vehicle purchase was probably the smoothest we have ever had. Mike Uzl and the team at Klaben Ford Lincoln made us feel at home and closed our deal with a minimum of time delays. Some minor service work was needed not long after our purchase and it was handled very well. Kudos to the Klaben team.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

2017 Ford Explorer review
I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Phil di a great job in explaining why it was in my best interest to upgrade my 24 maverick and get the Liberty for Life with my new Maverick.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Kia of Streetsboro review
This is regarding Cleo Nettler Jr as my salesman Cleo of Kia Streesboro, truly the best salesman I have encountered , ever! He is a wonderful person to work with. He wants to do his best to understand what YOU want and to not push you at all, he will go above and beyond to get you the best price he can and very knowledgeable with the vehicles and there options. I have never known Cleo before this last purchase but I think I can say he is now my salesman and also a good friend. As an example: Cleo took time away from his family and his busy life to come in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. My review—You could not do better that Cleo!!

This is my second time leasing with the same salesperson at this dealership. He has done a wonderful job for me. But, i have also purchased other vehicles from this dealership in the past also.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

On my third explorer. Tried switching to a Durango and went back after 3 months lol. Great, reliable car! Super comfy! At 47k miles so far never had any issues (so far) except my hood started to rust but ford has a 5 year paint warranty so just had a new one put on a month ago and it’s perfect now
