Extremely happy with them and how easy it is wot work with them. Dennis was very nice and reassuring. Q was informative and helped me make good decisions. Dave was a great point of contact. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I had the pleasure of working with Dennis Blair (sales) and Quienten "Q" Clark (finance) two weeks ago on a new Ford Edge ST purchase. I had looked any many different makes and models and really liked the 2018 Ford Edge Sport that I originally drove at a dealer in Longmont. Short version is I got the high pressure sales tactics (I've been in sales for 20 years so that was NOT going to work on me). So next day I called Interstate Ford and was connected with Dennis. I explained what I was looking for and was ok waiting for 3 months for the new ST model. Went down and talked to him F2F and knew I was going to buy from him. Dennis has been doing this a long time and was easy to work with, answered my questions, and actually asked about my background. Dennis introduced me to Q so I had a chance to speak with him, learn about their extended warranty options, and even had them look at my current vehicle and get a $ number for trade in value. All of this was several months before I made the purchase. Three months later the car I ordered showed up and I bought it. I had already met the team and was quite comfortable with the process. Most of the paperwork was already done so I only spent about 90 minutes there from start to finish. I highly recommend Dennis, Q and the rest of the team at Interstate Ford.
Interstate Ford is definitely a 5Star dealership because of its personnel. Dennis Blair was so concerned that we bought a car that would be best for our needs. His integrity, insights and experience all contributed to our getting a vehicle with our having minimal stress and anxiety about the purchase process. Eli Swadowski (sales professional at Ford) made leasing a new car a very positive experience ... the paperwork was all in order when I arrived to get the car, which allowed the entire process to be completed within an hour. Eli took the time to go over features of the car as well. It was a pleasure to work with her!
I had a really great experience at Gebhardt BMW. I was in my first lease and wasn't sure how the process worked. Kelly assisted me through the entire lease end process and made me feel at ease. This was our second car we bought from Longmont Ford dealership and it too was a very good experience. No pressure and lots of patience! Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. He listened to what we were wanting and we walked away with a fabulous car at a fabulous price.
Casey really did an excellent job of helping me find a new car. I???m pretty picky and can be a bit difficult so i do really commend Casey for all of his hard work and will do my best to send some business your way.

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
Super easy transaction! Located the desired car online, called for appointment, took vehicle for a quick test drive and closed the deal. People were friendly, helpful and efficient! Would recommend!
