I bought a new Mustang from Matt Ford and knew I would take my F-150 to them to have the tailgate lock serviced. They did good work, had the truck back quickly, and did not charge much for the service. I am a loyal Matt Ford customer. They have always treated me very well.
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
Happy with experience. Took longer than expected. I was surprised they couldn't get the parts for 4 days. I'm very unhappy with Ford about the expense of a tail light. Probably won't purchase another ford until they change their tail light situation.
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
The purchase was smooth and quick. The vehicle was missing a option that we wanted and they are taking care of getting it added for us right away. The sales and service staff are friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family.
I have bought a lot of cars over the years from several different dealerships and this was by FAR the best and most professional truck buying process I have ever been through! Everything from the time I first made contact with Clark my salesman to the time I walked out the door with my new 2019 F 350 was better than I have ever experienced! This is my 2nd new truck (F-150) purchased from Gary Crossley Ford and from Tim Parnacott. Both experiences could not have been any easier. Sent Tim some basic specs I had for the truck and a price range I was willing to pay. Not only was I very pleased with the price (which to us consumers is incredibly important), but the vehicle he pulled up to let me take for a test drive was literally the exact vehicle I "built" on Ford's website. Not to mention, it was late in the year and other dealerships I contacted didn't have my desired color, or some feature(s) was/were missing from the ideal vehicle I had pictured.
Purchase day was very simple. I was in and out (including final test drive, trade-in, paperwork, signatures, etc.) in just a little over an hour.
Could not be more pleased with the dealer or with Tim, the sales rep. Thanks to you both! Not only will I be back at some point for another purchase, but any family/friends who are in the market will get a strong push from me to go see Tim and Gary Crossley.

I was looking for a Ford Escape found this 2017 at Bob Sight very low mileage great price color I wanted so I purchased it and drove it away. I had a great salesman and everyone was very helpful.

I had been in the market for almost a year looking for that one specific vehicle in mind. In the past I had left it to the one dealer local to me. After a year and no resolve, I went online and low and behold the vehicle I had been searching for popped in. I looked at all of the offerings and details pertaining to the vehicle and sent an email to the dealer. I received a response indicating that it was available. So I took a trip to them and test drove the truck and immediately knew this was the one. I then negotiated with one person Kevin Hoflander and the buying experience was not only expedient but it was as though a no hassle experience I never entertained before. Kevin, through his years of experience was my salesman, loan officer and closer for all of the experience. To me that is the way purchasing a new or used vehicle should be one-on-one through the whole process!
