If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. This was my first car purchase from a dealership and I must say it was a quick and painless process! I’ve heard horror stories about car salesmen and dealerships and all the headaches associated with the two. So I was skeptical about even attempting to purchase a car from a dealership of this size. But I found a car that I loved on their website and after inquiring online, their internet salesman, Carson, reached out. He was very nice and super helpful with any questions I had and even helped me schedule a test drive! When I got to lot I drove around until I found the car I had seen online. The info online was accurate as well as the photos! I was then approached by Richard Morgan who asked me all the right questions and was very quick to get the keys and send me on a test drive! Richard was absolutely fantastic and made this intimidating experience a memorable one! I decided to think about the purchase after the test drive and Richard was very understanding. He and I spoke on the phone for the next few days and we came to an agreement on the purchase price!!! He got all the necessary paperwork ready and even got my financing approved before I got off from work!!! I was in and out of the office in about an hour, with my new car!!! 5 star service! Highly recommend Richard, Carson and the whole Shelor team!! I can’t say enough good things about my experience! All my future vehicles will be purchased from Shelor Motor Mile!!

2019 Ford Fiesta review
It has an engine having enhanced pickup and a better actual mileage. Interiors are also very comfy and stylish. It gives a luxury sedan look and drive is very smooth, it's a driver's car. Ford has proven that by its earlier makes and this one too. Go for long drives and you won't regret buying this car. It's comfortable for both driver and back seat passengers.

The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!
