Chris was great to deal with in purchasing a new truck. He was extremely helpful through the entire process, and I always felt like I was receiving his direct and undivided attention when dealing with him. There was no pressure, no hidden fees or surprises. Chris gave me his personal number so that I could reach him directly and was always prompt in answering my questions. The entire experience was simple and easy, and I left with a fantastic truck that I???m very happy with. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle go see them.
Despite the early morning snow and ice, the service dept still managed to provide a quick oil change. They have consistently exceeded all of my expectations. I like having the waiting room with the glass windows overlooking the service garage.. staff is friendly and attentive. Someday if I ever have the opportunity to buy a ford truck, this will be the place.
People are friendly, I work close and they always get me in... trust their work... Dave in service is a great guy.. Josh Kesler is fantastic and I trust his work and his opinion... dealership prices kinda hurt sometimes but overall I'm extremely pleased.
I bought a new Mustang from Matt Ford and knew I would take my F-150 to them to have the tailgate lock serviced. They did good work, had the truck back quickly, and did not charge much for the service. I am a loyal Matt Ford customer. They have always treated me very well.

Everything from the time I first made contact with Clark my salesman to the time I walked out the door with my new 2019 F 350 was better than I have ever experienced! This is my 2nd new truck (F-150) purchased from Gary Crossley Ford and from Tim Parnacott. Both experiences could not have been any easier. Sent Tim some basic specs I had for the truck and a price range I was willing to pay. Not only was I very pleased with the price (which to us consumers is incredibly important), but the vehicle he pulled up to let me take for a test drive was literally the exact vehicle I "built" on Ford's website. Not to mention, it was late in the year and other dealerships I contacted didn't have my desired color, or some feature(s) was/were missing from the ideal vehicle I had pictured.
Purchase day was very simple. I was in and out (including final test drive, trade-in, paperwork, signatures, etc.) in just a little over an hour.
Could not be more pleased with the dealer or with Tim, the sales rep. Thanks to you both! Not only will I be back at some point for another purchase, but any family/friends who are in the market will get a strong push from me to go see Tim and Gary Crossley.

Our new 2019 Explorer is the 5th vehicle in 9 years our family has purchased from Gary Crossley Ford through Lisa Garcia. Lisa is a very diligent, honest and pleasant sales representative to work with throughout the process. Lisa and the entire Crossley Team makes the purchase, ownership and maintenance of our vehicles a trustworthy experience.
Very pleasant staff treated me well as a potential customer. I test drove the car I spotted online and a very good time-limited deal was offered, but I had to decline actual purchase right then as I am still early in my "search" mode. Their car is still on my list of potentials as I continue my search. Fine folks, lots of cars, and negotiating a "deal" was upfront, no pressure, and friendly.
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
Happy with experience. Took longer than expected. I was surprised they couldn't get the parts for 4 days. I'm very unhappy with Ford about the expense of a tail light. Probably won't purchase another ford until they change their tail light situation.
Everything was explained before repairs were made. I was able to call with questions and Malik's response time and knowledge was excellent. Getting a loaner was an easy process. I will definitely be going back in the future!!
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
Overall was rated only "good" in place of excellent due to issues beyond Edward Santana's control. The new car required some body repair which required some delays/inconveniences. The future looks good for Edwardo professionally. We are pleased with him and on request will send him new business.
