We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
My first EV car. Not sure if I love this car or the fact that it is an EV. What makes this a bit different from a Tesla is that it still reminds you of a regular car in terms of gear shifting controls and displays. My car is a premium trim, dual motor and long range battery extension, so if you get a lower trim, the experience might be slightly different.

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
My first EV. I was ready to purchase a Ford Edge (internal combustion engine or "ICE") until I test drove the Mach-e on a whim. The quiet and smooth ride, power, ergonomics, and battery range immediately hooked me. I went home and researched EV and Mach-e's for a few days until I was sure that an EV was the correct choice and would work for my situation as well, or better than, a combustion engine. The dealer allowed me to test drive a loaner Mach-e for an entire weekend. Model purchased: California Route 1. This model has the longest range battery of all of the current model Mach-e's (312 miles) and is AWD (dual-motor). The Rt 1 is only one trim line up from the bottom, so it does not have ALL of the options in a Premium or GT, but it is still very nicely equipped for my needs. Pros: Power, fun to drive, quiet, lots of tech and safety equipment, well equipped, comfortable, consistently get claimed range or better, ease of charging at home and on the road with public charging, low cost of ownership (my home electricity cost is lower than the national average), enough storage space in the rear hatch and front trunk ("frunk") for my needs. Cons: Some rattles from trim pieces that need to be addressed, not a fan of EVERYTHING being controlled by the large tablet screen, relatively high purchase price compared to ICE cars, still less range than ICE cars, subscriptions to continue with all of the initial included options (SiriusXM, mapping and route planning with charging stops, Blue-Cruise hands-free driving, etc...), rear seats good for kids but tight for adults. Overall: I would recommend the Mach-e to anyone that asked me. You need to determine for yourself if the EV range and charging prices will work for your situation. It is by far the most comfortable and fun to drive car that I have ever owned after driving for 30+ years. If the Mach-e was an ICE, I would still recommend it. The EV aspect is just a cool add-on for me that makes the overall cost of ownership much better than an ICE car. Long distance and small road-trips have so far been easy. The DC fast charging network will be even better starting in spring 2024. I feel comfortable taking my Mach-e on any road trip using the built in mapping software and planning my charge stops to also be my restroom and eating stops. For me, there really is no substantial increase in time or inconvenience compared to travelling in an ICE car. If you do regular commuting and "around town" driving, the Mach-e is vastly superior to an ICE car. The home charging, especially in my location, makes the cost of ownership superior to any ICE and allows me to have a solid fun to drive car. Once all of the trial subscriptions expire, most can be replaced with apps available on my Android phone that connects wirelessly with Android Auto. This includes music streaming, mapping and charging stops, etc. The only subscription that can't be replaced by a phone is the BlueCruise handsfree cruise control. The BlueCruise is an initial 3yr trial that works only in certain areas. When it is available, I use it, and I love it. Still to be determined if I love it enough to subscribe in 3 years when the trial ends. Watch for dealer incentives and 0% loan rates to make the math of ownership work even better in your favor. Bottom line: Take it for a test drive. You'll probably love it and switch to your first EV too.

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The manager Nas Nazari wasn’t just trying to sell me a car—he actually took the time to educate me on how to make a smart purchase and avoid getting stuck with a bad deal anywhere. He made it clear that buying a car is a serious commitment, and once you buy, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. To help me make the best decision, he shared five key things every buyer should look out for: 1️⃣ Check the Vehicle History – They emphasized how important it is to review a full history report to avoid hidden surprises. A clean record means fewer risks! So get your own Carfax. 2️⃣ Have the Car Inspected – They strongly recommended bringing in a trusted mechanic to inspect the car before buying. A small upfront cost can save thousands in repairs later. 3️⃣ Understand the Warranty – They made sure I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn’t so I wouldn’t be caught off guard with unexpected repair costs. Their Cars are "AS IS" so when you drive off its all on you. The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles.
