I gave this company a five star rating because they did as expected, I wanted to buy a truck and they sold me a truck while being very helpful and friendly.
2011 rugged reliable Ford ranger but very cramped

The 4.0 liter engine is extremely reliable fuel effecient and enough muscle to get the work done. Interior is cheap and the super cab sealing is poor allowing alot of road noise into the cab to the point of cannot hear the stereo.
My extended family has bought from Velishek over the years. Nice selection of used vehicles. Replied to emails in a timely fashion. Stayed late for us to test drive. Haven't bought yet. Still looking. Recommend.
Perfect light truck for commuting and weekend jobs
by FSUGreg from Tallahassee, FL
October 24, 2018
I bought my Ranger new in 2009 but it has less than 50k miles. I use it to commute occasionally and it is mainly the weekend workhorse for suburban living. It replaced an identical 1998 except that this one is an automatic V6 and it's predecessor had the 4 with a stick. I got rid of the 1998 at 140k miles with having only replaced the timing chain (in addition of course to the usual tires/battery, etc.) My 2009 has not had any problems other than the Takata airbag recall that I had done last week. In working with the dealer on this issue is was not one of their finest moments but my service rep ended up knowing what to do and how to make it right. While I like the new technology in the reborn 2019 Ranger, I am not so sure about the required 4 cylinder engine. Thought about getting a new one since I have had such a good experience with a total of almost 200k miles between the two trucks, but when I do I probably will switch brands in order to stick with a V6. However, at less than 50k miles the only thing I would be getting would be new infotainment technology; the working aspect of the my current truck is fully adequate and no less than a more current model year.
Bought a used car for my daughter to take to college. My sales person was great, the price seamed good on the car so overall a good experience. My only issue is with the finance person or whatever they call the person that tries to sell you the extended warranty. He pushed a little too hard and the wisecrack he made about me not loving my daughter because I chose to not purchase the extended warranty was going too far, even if in jest. It pissed me off.
Ford Ranger owners will love this truck

I bought this Ranger from a Ford Dealer in Michigan. It was traded in from a repeat customer for a Ford F150. This truck was exactly what I was looking for because it was extremely clean and well maintained. It was not driven much in the snow and has no rust on the truck. I do not drive it much in the Indiana winters because I am retired. I even removed the running boards so they would not be rusted by the weather. I wash this truck by hand frequently and wax it twice a year, spring and fall. I even change the oil every 3000 miles. This truck is still in great condition with only 48k miles.
I was in the market for a used pick-up truck and didn't want to go from dealer to dealer. I saw a nice truck on Craigslist and contacted this dealer. Easy to work with Andrew, who never pressured me to buy.
It’s a FORD!!!

Had an salvage title 88 and no problems.
Now driving an 01 and it’s remarkable how good it’s holding up for its age and over 200k miles. Air con still works like new.
Lots of little replacements that a normal set of tools can tackle and it only makes you more confident in the truck as you do repair hoses, door handles etc. when you compare to other vehicles you may have owned over the years.
Most of all. I just feel great in this truck and it makes me happy. Don’t know why I just feel content and happier in this truck than my 4Runner xterra s10 or f150. So I can’t help but be thankful to have it.
Matt, Matt and Andy went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle I so desperately wanted. I would definitely rerefer all my friends to give them their business Thank you all!

I picked up this gem second hand, and it was the best money ive spent so far on a vehicle. Tough as nails, can go anywhere!. Did have an issue with the 4x4 going, but got it fixed and works great again. After 320000 KM, stuff gonna break.
I wish Ford would bring back this type of ranger, not that cross over looking thing they have scheduled!!!
The staff at Koppy Motors have your interest in mind. They want to help you find the right vehicle for your needs and will take the time to make things right if you are uncertain about something you are hearing or noticing in a vehicle. Skilled and professional to work with.
Best Ranger ive had out of 5 of them
by Chipperdude from Akron
October 23, 2018
Its got all the features ive wanted tied up into one. Including four by four, A/C,power windows and much more its even has only 18,700 actual mileage
I would recommend koppy motors to anyone looking for a vehicle. Russ and his crew took the Hassel out of buying a vehicle. With one call explaining what I wanted Russ took over and managed to get financing and had the truck brought up to Hinkley for me . They totally went above and beyond to work around my schedule. Thanks again
Reliable Die Hard Engine

This truck just keeps going! Ranger engines built before year 2000 are known as 'Die Hard'. If you need a basic work truck or fixer-upper this is the one for you! Only two owners, new brakes and power boosters, bed liner good condition.
Seen the vehicle on their website. Call ahead. Things went smooth and fast after that. Kevin was great, friendly

I think Ford Rangers are the best of the best, when it come to small trucks. I use to work at GM and Chrysler, but I picked a ford Ranger. Most dependable and trust worthy vehicle you can buy. GM and ford make good trucks but I like the ranger. It seem it will run forever.
I purchased A used truck from Koppy Motors and am happy with the vehicle Russ the salesman was helpful and knowledgeable the whole buying experience was great.
I love my truck!

I enjoy driving this truck everyday especially because of the reliability, comfort, utility, and the fun factor. I just can't say enough good about this truck. Such a shame that Ford ended production back in 2011. I wonder if that individual that made that decision is still employed by Ford Motor Co? If it was up to me - I would fired that individual - why? Because all the buyers that wanted a Ford Ranger purchased either a Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Frontier, or a Chevy Colorado.
Nice car and good people. we did business in one day and drove away. They retrieved a econd key for me
Lots of Problems
by Josscue from Johnstown, PA

I bought this truck 6 years ago to drive in the winter months. My primary vehicle is stored away each winter. After one year of ownership I had to replace the engine. There was a problem with one of the bolts on the front of the engine that went through a water jacket. Over time, if the bolt loosens it dumps coolant into the oil. Very poor design from Ford. My truck has the V6 engine and gets about 14 mpg on its best day. The interior is bland, monochromatic, and has lots of plastic. My tach has not worked in 3 years. My drivers side mini door doesn't open anymore. This truck is the supercab XLT 4x4 model. The winters here are terrible on cars. I did not spray off the truck weekly the last two years during winter and now there is rust on the quarters and on both doors. Don't pay too much for a used Ranger because you will spend the dough during ownership. I would NOT purchase another Ranger.
Elijah in sales and Amber in finance were absolutely amazing to work with! They helped me get the car I wanted, for the price I wanted! I would highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend Elijah.

We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got a good deal, by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Thanks again for the great customer service and beautiful car!

This is a 2010 great running Ford pick up truck, priced well below book value. It has a Lund box cover, a receiver hitch, newer tires and well-maintained.
Bought mine new. It's been a love affair ever since. I wouln't change it for any other truck!. After 220000 miles, still is peppy and doesn't use any oil! I intend to refurbish it in the near future;new paint, engine etc.
