I bought a 2014 Chevy Pickup truck from Farmington Auto Park. About 2 months later I got into an accident and the front was hit hard. I went back to Farmington Auto Park and the owner assured me he can repair it using all OEM parts. My insurance company wanted me to use one of their ???preferred shops???, but when I had my vehicle at the preferred shop they wanted to use aftermarket parts. Farmington Auto Park did the repair, using OEM parts, and gave me a vehicle to use in the mean time. The truck looks like brand new and drives the same. They worked with my insurance company and gave me a lifetime repair on the work they did. I am very happy and would definitely recommend them to others.
I witnessed great service today...Matter of fact the past 3 weeks...The location is very clean and well maintained...I was shocked honestly...they treated me with care and helped fulfill all my needs the best way they could...Greg was very patient with me specifically...I would recommend anyone to come witness what i witnessed...Thanks you guys!!! Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
Great small family owned dealership. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional. I arrived at the dealership to test out a car I had found here on cars.com. The salesman brought the car around for me promptly and I was given plenty of time to inspect and drive the vehicle. Never felt pressured from the salesman to make a decision, he even let me know the car had just arrived on their lot and they would have their service department inspect it before I could take delivery. Gave them a deposit and left to arrange financing. A week later the car was mine and I drove it home. The only reason it took a week was I live 2+ hours away from their location and had to work around my schedule to get back to them to finalize the purchase. Highly recommend this dealership. They have a great selection of cars on their lot and the buying experience was pleasant.
My experience with purchasing a used vehicle was the best. They were very cordial, friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great inventory of vehicles to choice from.
I called about a particular car I found on their website and he couldn't find it. My description of the car along with the stock no. and he still couldn't locate it. He said he can't keep track of all his inventory because he sells over 30 car per day... What? Who does that much volume? I'm sure not this place

Don’t let the fact that this is a small independently owned dealership deter you. It was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The owner is kind, trustworthy, fair, and honest.
