AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!

AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale review
Great customer service. I worked with both Joel and Jaxon at the service center. They were both very knowledgeable and made sure to keep me updated with my cars service through the process. While I would not say service is fast due to the amount of people getting their cars worked on (not their fault) service was certainly efficient and satisfactory. Would trust to take car of my car again.
2019 Genesis G90 review
This is my first Genesis and I am pleased 100 percent. The car is loaded with just about everything that you could possibly want in a car and turns heads everywhere you go. Best value in its class and rides like a smooth sail. I own a Hyundai sonata and I love it too but I think the mold was broken when they made the G90, the "granddaddy" of the Hyundai family. I think I've found my lifetime car! In love for sure

2020 Genesis G90 review
I bought my G90 Ultimate AWD new about four years ago and have loved it ever since. It is comfortable and many have mistaken it for a Bentley. I've driven newer G90s which do not compare to the 2020 model. I will never part with this vehicle until it falls apart which will probably be years from now as I've never had a maintenance problem.

2018 Genesis G90 review
I came out of a Mercedes E350 and was looking for a larger more comfortable ride because I am on the road all the time. I test drove Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Acura, Volvo, at al. The G-90 equalled or exceeded all of them and for just over HALF the price. Amazing, great value car.

Heritage Hyundai TowsonReviews
Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Heritage Hyundai of Towson provided amazing assistance in helping us by our new vehicle. We worked directly with Ayala to review inventory, pricing and schedule a test drive. We were drawn in because they were so easy to work with and motivated to help us. After the test drive, it was a seamless transition to financing and then out to our new, detailed truck! A big shout out also to Davon for helping us get this process started! Everyone - everyone - worked as a team at this dealership and that makes everything go smoother (and fast)! We will look to Heritage Hyundai when we replace our second vehicle because of this attention to detail and care. Thanks again to the entire staff for making it such a great experience!
2018 Genesis G90 review
Took delivery of a Genesis G90 in March and am very, very pleased. The ride, handling, technology, materials, build quality, quietness and performance are excellent. The twin turbo V6 is an absolute gem - even more responsive than the very good V8s in other Genesis and Equus cars I?ve owned. In my opinion, the G90 is close to the equal of a similarly equipped S-Class that costs $45,000 more. The G90 does not equal the Mercedes in prestige or status and probably never will. But it's a fine, world-class luxury car at an outstanding price.

I've been servicing my Grand Caravan since 2023 in here with high satisfaccion, this time on february the 4th, I got the check engine light fixed, and I requested a quote for the headrest of the second-row seat, which was not retracting. To my surprise, when I returned, they had already carried out the work and were demanding that I pay for it. Also I would like to receive everytime the complimentary multipoin inspeccion. Thanks
2019 Genesis G90 review
This is the finest luxury sedan in America that almost nobody knows about, thanks to the bungled Genesis launch and lack of advertising for it 6 years ago. That being said it is spacious, reliable and a tremendously good value. I have driven mine for 6 years now and the car is as tight as the day it came out of the showroom - not a squeak, rattle or part failure once. It is also just about the last of the "normal" big V-8's that burn regular gas and don't have or need turbos to make up for all the forced downsizing cars have gone to 6's and 4's to meet insane proscribed mileage average standards.

I Had An Awesome Experience At Honolulu Ford. I Got The Vehicle I Was Looking For. Thank You!
2019 Genesis G90 review
Bought a 2019 G90 Ultimate V8, and absolutely LOVE this car! Power, AWD, Class, and Amazing Comfort! This car has just about every option you can think of as standard equipment. Makes long road trips seem easy and coddles you is serene comfort the whole way there. So far have 40K miles with no issues of any kind whatsoever!! Done my research and was considering the BMW & Mercedes, but walked away from those due to reliability and ownership cost issues. Compared the G90 to the Lexus LS460 & LS500, and honestly liked the car better due to the comfort and quiet, not to mention the cost savings! Everything i read is that this engine is one of the most reliable ones out there and so far everything on car is just like it was the day I bought it, so I would highly recommend this car to anyone!

Comfort was the prime element for my wife due to prior orthopedic surgeries and had become uncomfortable even in our Acuras. We have had 3 long road trips in this G90 and you do not get beat up, stiff, and tired, even after long 10 hour days on the road. LOVE this car, well appointed, organized and conveniences, some of which I am just discovering after many months.

2018 Genesis G90 review
This is my third vehicle in Hyundai luxury line. I have owned the 2016 hyundai genesis Now the G80; also owned 2016 Hyundai Equus; I now have purchased the the genesis G90. over all I like the luxury and the reliability; The G90 is quality beyond compare; I had a Mercedes sclass; Its not a Mercedes, but for the money I would take The Genesis anytime the size of G90 is comparable to the sClass; I like this car!

J.C. Lewis MazdaReviews
J.C. Lewis Mazda review
I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! From an over-protective Mama Bear.

This vehicle can be placed along side of the Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, etc. I test drove all of the previously mentioned vehicles and the G90 provides all of what I wanted and with extra features. You get more bang for you buck!!!! No Buyers Remorse on this end!!!!

CarVin ATX review
If you're looking for honesty and peace of mind, this is the place! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt a genuine level of care. No games, no pressure—everything was clear, from pricing to vehicle condition to available warranty. I found clean, well-maintained cars at competitive prices, and the team was upfront about every detail—even the small stuff. If you want a quality used car without the headache, this is the dealership to visit. Honest people who truly care about their customers.
2021 Genesis G90 review
The G90 is an excellent vehicle. I have owned Cadillac, Lincoln, and Lexus, this 2021 and the 2018 G90's I owned are by far my best owned autos. With the Lincolns and Cadillacs I was on a first name basis with the service manager. The Genesis's only went back to the dealer for scheduled maintenance. What more can I say, luxury, performance, attention to detail and overall quality are all outstanding.
