CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

Toyota of Ashland review
From the time we bought my wife’s Camry we have had nothing but 100% positive experience here. Starting with the sales team listening to our needs and ordering the exact car my wife wanted. Then on to the first scheduled service. The online service scheduling was simple. And Mike the service advisor was very professional and helpful. He also informed me of services that were available to me. Great job Toyota of Ashland

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

2016 GMC Acadia review
I bought the Denali back in October and I love everything about it, all the features and creature comforts and i especially love the styling, both in and out, all the shiny chrome and satin metal! I bought this because I love how big it is and I needed something to haul things around and it works perfectly. I did a lot of research on this vehicle before I purchased, I especially did an in-depth look at the reliability because it's a GM product and I must say that this vehicle is known to have AC troubles and that was the case with mine and since it's winter i haven't gotten that done yet but I will in the spring, but I went into this knowing it was a possibility so I'm not too bummed out about it and I took that risk, other than that the reliability has been solid no issues and mine has 60k miles! I also compared the Buick Enclave and Chevy Traverse because I know they're very similar but I liked this the most.

Needed service on my vehicle. Called and was able to get battery replaced in 45 minutes. They washed the vehicle as well. The service department has always been top notch. I have done business with them for over 20 years and have never had a complaint.
2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

Spitzer Chevrolet Lordstown review
Siimple and easy purchase as always. This is my third Chevy trax purchase in 2 years off Rick and Spitzer. The new Chevy trax is an awesome car at a great price point
2021 GMC Acadia review
My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!

I never wrote a review in my life but felt it was warranted. From Evans phone call to Mike my salesman, then off to Blake in the office. All 3 of them could not have been better to work with. Honestly guys it was such a pleasant experience.

2015 GMC Acadia review
Only problem in which I have done research on- many of Drivers Seat plastic bottom tend to come apart (crack up) This can become a grave hazard for safety reasons. This should be done free of charge.

This is my second Acadia (the first one was a 2017) I bought this 2022 brand new and choose the Denali trim. So, after 19 months, I am very satisfied. I would say that I fairly got what I had pay for.

Tasca Buick GMC Melbourne review
Great experience, arrived at my appointment time and was promptly met By a rep and taken to service rep Demetrius. Demetrius was very helpful and provided me with a completion time. When advised that I was not waiting I was informed that Tasca had a shuttle that could take me home. My vehicle was ready when promised. Thanks Tasca for a great job and your professionalism and kindness. You have a new customer.
