2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

June 2026, I purchased a new Silverado RST that I absolutely love. I travelled from Dallas GA, and when I got there and tried to start the new truck…nothing….wouldn't run. Not a good start, long story short, I walked away and got a call from one of the managers as I was driving home. Here’s where GOOD customer service comes into play. I spoke to them via text for hours, they gave me multiple alternatives at the numbers I was looking for, I travelled back down the next day and out the door in less than 3 hours with a gorgeous new RST truck. Now I was an extremely irritable customer due to the original truck I’d travelled miles to see that didn’t work, however, they did make it right and were very good to me making sure I was happy when I drove away. They screwed up BUT they fixed it for me quickly and decisively, I will definitely consider using them again in the future.

Came in for service (oil change and tire rotation) come to find out our tires were showing metal. CJ calls me and tells me about it and we proceed to get new tires and an alignment. Years (20) before, we had purchased a Suburban from Hayes and I applied for the GM Credit Card and we had used it enough to have 149,000 points which we could use toward the purchase of the tires. What was going to put a hurting on my checking account ended up saving me about $1490. To say we are thankful is an understatement. Thanks for helping us CJ. We are a happy Hayes Chevrolet client.
