We have not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in a very long time. However, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize and commend Sales Representative Karona Meas, who demonstrated an exceptional mastery of professional skills. He was very effective in maintaining excellent communications with us thoroughly. He handle our vehicle transaction in calm, cordial, tactful, and firm but no pressure what so ever. Everything he said in referenced to the purchase of our beautiful 2015 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 was true and 100 percent accurate. I recommend Karona Meas to anyone who is looking for an honest, no hassle and no pressure when purchasing a vehicle in the future. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience. The sales rep, Karona Meas, took the stress out of the buying process and actually made it an enjoyable experience. He listened to our vehicle requirements and followed through by showing us vehicles that matched them. He was very professional and didn't try selling is something we weren't interested in.
My battery was bad and just about out the door and the people in the service department did a really good job with finding the problem and gave me a good price on a new one. i have had service done before on my 2010 F150 and they have always taken care of it and me during the process so I am happy with them. May even buy a truck when they get one with the options I want
We have been dealing with fords for the last 50 years and have never had such an enjoyable experience. Their service department was 2nd to none and we will be using them for anything we can on our vehicles. If you are dealing with service department ask for bearded Mike and you will not be disappointed!

By far this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had in years! No gimmicks, no pressure, very low key, knowledgeable salesperson, quick and easy. From sales to finance, this dealership knows how to treat people. I strongly recommend this dealership!!

I took my diesel truck in for an unscheduled oil change. Since I didn't have an appointment, I expected to have to wait. Shawn told me that he would still be able to get my truck even though they were busy. Turns out, since my truck is diesel they are particular about who works on it and I had to wait longer than they thought I should have. I didn't complain. But, they didn't charge me for the visit because I waited so long. Wow, it was a long wait. But, a diesel oil changes cost over 70 dollars and their customer service department valued my time such that they ate the cost. Thank you Lane Buick GMC. I'll be backl.
This is the third car we bought here. Everything through the process is always easy and fast. The customer service during and after getting the car is just awesome. The personal attention we receive from all the staff is just great. We would definitely recommend this dealer.
Service dept. put the wrong tire numbers on the rebate form. Rebate company sent me half of the rebate amount, as a courtesy. After several service department runarounds at Lane about the error--and 3 months later--I called Amy, the manager of Lane. She apologized for the problem and is sending me a check for the other $50.00 of the rebate. So, in conclusion, it was a negative experience with a positive conclusion.
went in for oil change and price out new tires. was pleasantly surprised they were about the same price of the discount tire places.
I spoke with Joe. professional service all the way around.
I live in Sanford, about 30-40 minute drive. would do the drive again to not deal with the super large ford dealers that only see you as a number.
Will definitely be going back.
My vehicle was taken care of promptly and I was able to attend to my chores. I also want to thank Ron Norris Buick for allowing the Titusville, Soccer Girls have their car wash for some equipment. Thanks again.
I drove from Sanford because I don't like to deal with the ridiculously large dealers that treat you like a number.
I dealt with the service manager Joe about an oil change and a price on tires.
I was satisfied with the price considering I thought it would be more expensive than a discount tire dealer.
the service all around was professional, courteous and quick. much quicker then if I had an appointment at a big dealer.
will definitely take the half hour drive from now on!

The plus was that the tire was replaced the day I called. There was some uncertainty to wether that was going to happen. They replaced it and did not fill the air up to match the other three tires. I was hoping since it was the dealer they would vacuum the car out before giving it back like dealers use to do. It was disappointing experience. I was surprised at the low end of customer service. Grateful we had the warranty but expected high level of customer service.
Brought my 2006 Chevy truck in for two new tires. One had a sidewall puncture so we decided to replace both rear tires as the other tire was down to 5 k remaining on tread. Also had both new tires installed on front with a front end alignment and balancing. Jason, my service rep, found two tires and installed in two days. We use Norris GMC for my Chevy pickup and Norris Ford for my wife's 2013 Edge. Both dealers have great service reps, Jason at GMC and Mike at Ford.
I purchased a Toyota truck from Ron Norris Ford in Titusville, FL and the whole experience was excellent . The salesman, John, was just great, he was helpful and courteous and it was an extreme pleasure to do business with him. The Sales Manager was very professional with the way he put together the best deal possible to benefit both myself and this dealership. While working with the Finance Manager he used his experience with the finance companies to obtain the best rates possible for this transaction. The Detail Crew did an outstanding job of making the truck I purchased look "showroom new". I would recommend, if you are considering buying a truck or car, make your first stop at Ron Norris Ford in Titusville, FL.
