The very best car sales experience I have ever had, and at age 70, I've purchased many cars. Darrell Robinette, the sales manager, was the first person I contacted as the car was advertised on the internet and I live in Texas. Darrell gave me very accurate and detailed information about the car and then referred me to his sales associate, Bill Francis. Bill Francis did every single thing anyone could want when it comes to a professional sales person. He stayed in touch with me and my wife, pretty much on a daily basis, as we went through the process of purchasing the car. He was always available and helped through the sometimes frustrating maze of paper work when buying a vehicle from out of state. Bill made sure all the correct forms (there are a lot of them) were filled out and when we brought them to our local DMV, there were no problems. Thanks also to Sara McGill who assisted Bill with the paperwork. We love the car we purchased from Rice Buick GMC but it's even more special because of the wonderful people that work at that dealership.
Beats all other models in it's class.

Hands down, there is no other Full size SUV like the GNC Yukon "Denali", not even Cadillac, let alone chevy low end Tahoe and Suburban. GMC IS, PROFESSIONAL GRADE. Real Leather, Real Wood, not plastic and real metal on the dash. Won't find that in Chevy. Looking forward to my next one.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very comfortable SUV

Own a 07 Escalade traded for the 2015 Denali and boy feels very comfortable and the room I needed for my family vacations. Overall very happy with the SUV.
Went there to check the cause of burning smell. I had same issue before, approximately 2 months ago, and we just changed coolant stuff with $260. This time they said I need $1,100 to repair, only my question was if they could find it at first time.
They are kind but just I cannot believe 100% what they are checking.
I decided to change my vehicle instead of using over $1,000 for repair.
1st New Vehicle.

I had a used Yukon for over 10 years. Loved it so much that I bought a NEW one. The fold flat third row was a must have for me. I also love the power lift gate as I often have my hands full and can’t reach up to pull does the gate.
Today the guys at Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa really saved me. My 2 yr old Lincoln MKZ was showing low battery in the key so I decided to change the batteries in both key fobs. They came apart easily but over 2 hrs later a total of 4 intelligent adults were unable to put them back together, so I am thinking I have to drive all the way into Knoxville to the delearship where I purchased the car. I had company coming and really didn’t have time but my car was useless until I did. So I jumped into my old Ford truck and took off. On the way I passed Ole Ben Franklin Motors so I thought why not try to see if they could do it. I walked in and explained my problem and the first guy asked if I bought the car from them. I said no and he said OK and went right to work on the fob. After a couple of minutes he decided there must be some trick to it and walked me over to Tom Weiss the general manager. Tom immediately smiled at me, took the fob and went to work on it. It took him about 4-5 minutes but he got it together and handed it back to me. I thought I may be pushing my luck a bit but took the other fob out of the bag and asked if he would do that one too. It was in 4 pieces so soon a delightful young named Mitchell walked up and between them both they got the second one back together. THANK YOU TOM AND MITCHELL for your graciousness. I was treated like their best customer ever even though they knew I had never purchased anything from them. They are the kind of people I love doing business with so I will give them a try the next time I need a car.

The GMC Denali is wonderful for a family with comfortable seating for 6. Great for Road Trips. Second Row bucket seats. Entertainment System with a DVD back seat screen. Nice alloy wheels come stock on the Denali along with many extras that are optional on other SUVs.
Went to roadmasters after a few weeks of communicating with alan and i cant say anymore about the customer service he provided and how he helped me out. Best salesman and person i have dealt with in a long time and i would recommend him and this business to anyone.
The most reliable vehicle I have owned! A great SU

This SUV met all bnbof my needs! Plenty of cup holders, TVs, heated steering wheel, automatic step side, a great ride, and will be a great vehicle for someone in need of a high quality suv.
Shopped for months for a second car. Find a clean, great running car here. The annoying tire pressure light was on. Dealership replaced the sensor as part of the buying process. Other dealers wouldn't even think of doing that. Also washed and vacuumed the car everytime they touched it. Bought from Stephen Patterson. Great dude!

I had no idea how much I would love my Yukon. I previously owned a Tahoe, but I switched over to the GMC side and am never going back!
I recently purchased a car (AS IS) from this dealer and after driving it for a day I discovered there was an electrical short in the car. I called Art, my salesman and told him my problem. He did not hesitate in beginning the repair process- and stuck with me until it was fixed. I was humbled for they had no legal obligation to me as I bought the car AS IS. This was my first solo vehicle purchase following the passing of my husband and I am so glad I found this place. NO PRESSURE from friendly, helpful staff- exactly what I needed. Thank you for your kindness.

Nice SUV but Beware AFM Lifter issues
by ListenUp from Baltimore, MD

I'm a GM man thru and thru although this is the 1st LS motor I've had, let alone with AFM (active fuel management). Loved the styling, interior layout, comfort and value (85k miles, super clean for $6,200). Drove for a month without a problem but as I soon came to find out, GM did not have the bugs out of the TPM system and I was eating a $3,500 bill to replace the lifters and head/exhaust manifold ect gaskets needed to get at the lifters. The system drops 4 cylinders when not under load with 4 lifters designed to shut when activated. Should the system malfunction, you will wipe out your lifters and possible damage your camshaft. GM did a recall on this and did not perfect the TPM until 2011. Play it safe and have a programmer (bullydog or just go to tuner shop) and have the TPM disabled. The slight loss of MPG will hardly be noticed when compared to eating a $3,500-$5,500 repair bill and renting a car. Otherwise its a tiptop SUV that should last you many years with basic maintenance.
