Great SUV, will buy another Yukon in the near future. You get what you pay for. They know how to build a roomy, dependable, truck that looks great! Only gripe, just wish they’d bring back the charcoal color!
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! Thank you all at VROOM........

This vehicle is perfect for my family. Large interior, rides well, and sharp exterior appearance. I was looking for a SUV and my Yukon xl Denali checked every box.
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.

I just purchased my third Yukon XL Denali, I love each one more. I just purchased my 2018 last week. My previous was a 2015, even though they are essentially unchanged GMC managed to refine the 2018. Smoother ride, quiter interior, better gas mileage, smoother transmission. Great for the long hauls with a family.
I had an awesome experience with Knoxville Beaty Chevrolet. We were helped by Roger Williams and he was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly! I would absolutely recommend to my friends or family looking to buy a car.

Traded in my over-priced Chrysler Pacifica lemon for my Denali. Huge difference in performance and comfort. Love it! Wished I had dumped the Chrysler sooner.
The very best car sales experience I have ever had, and at age 70, I've purchased many cars. Darrell Robinette, the sales manager, was the first person I contacted as the car was advertised on the internet and I live in Texas. Darrell gave me very accurate and detailed information about the car and then referred me to his sales associate, Bill Francis. Bill Francis did every single thing anyone could want when it comes to a professional sales person. He stayed in touch with me and my wife, pretty much on a daily basis, as we went through the process of purchasing the car. He was always available and helped through the sometimes frustrating maze of paper work when buying a vehicle from out of state. Bill made sure all the correct forms (there are a lot of them) were filled out and when we brought them to our local DMV, there were no problems. Thanks also to Sara McGill who assisted Bill with the paperwork. We love the car we purchased from Rice Buick GMC but it's even more special because of the wonderful people that work at that dealership.

Perfect fit for when I have 6 of my grandchildren with me and storage is great having to transport a baby stroller and my husband Walker and have groceries.
The only problem is we sometimes smell strong odor of gas. But there isn't a recall for it. We taking it in just as soon as we can get my second car running .

Has all the room we need with 3 kids in car seats, plus the additional space behind the 3rd row for luggage or cargo. The captain's seats in the 2nd row are heated and allow for 4 adults to ride in comfort in 2 front rows. The cooled front seats are my favorite option as a FL resident!
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I am a mom of 3 and this car definitely meets this busy mamas lifestyle needs. The cargo space is just right and the 3 rows is ideal.
Shopped for months for a second car. Find a clean, great running car here. The annoying tire pressure light was on. Dealership replaced the sensor as part of the buying process. Other dealers wouldn't even think of doing that. Also washed and vacuumed the car everytime they touched it. Bought from Stephen Patterson. Great dude!

SUV is luxury and great for families. Great in bad weather, lots of cargo space in back, very smooth to drive! I have owned 3 of these!
Went there to check the cause of burning smell. I had same issue before, approximately 2 months ago, and we just changed coolant stuff with $260. This time they said I need $1,100 to repair, only my question was if they could find it at first time.
They are kind but just I cannot believe 100% what they are checking.
I decided to change my vehicle instead of using over $1,000 for repair.

I love this car. DON'T buy at Earnhardt GMC though. They were terrible. But yes, buy this car if you want a large and very automated SUV.
I recently purchased a car (AS IS) from this dealer and after driving it for a day I discovered there was an electrical short in the car. I called Art, my salesman and told him my problem. He did not hesitate in beginning the repair process- and stuck with me until it was fixed. I was humbled for they had no legal obligation to me as I bought the car AS IS. This was my first solo vehicle purchase following the passing of my husband and I am so glad I found this place. NO PRESSURE from friendly, helpful staff- exactly what I needed. $25,000.00 vehicle, engine broke down after driving 160 miles, extended warranty purchased don't want to pay because has not been 90 days after purchase and dealership is giving the runaround to repair vehicle.
Roger Williams and the other guys were great....made the buying experience painless! All the people at the dealership were easy to work with and very pleasant!

It’s a 2012 Yukon XL Denali. I mean there’s not a lot more to want. I just took a a 22 hour trip one way with three girls and the wife. Two Tv screens, comfortable seats, with 80/20 bench second row, 13 year old had the whole third row to herself and they were all comfortable. I’m glad I bought the XL because we still had plenty of room for our baggage. Enough about that let’s get to me. I didn’t hear any whining or crying because the kids were all comfortable and entertained and could control their climate control. So definitely a plus for me. For me and the wifey separate audio surround sound Bose from the rear with hard drive, Xm, iPod, hands free Bluetooth, all controlled from the steering wheel and dual climate control up front. Air conditioned seats that rejuvenate you after sitting too long but don’t leave them on too long or you’ll be a popsicle. Sunroof for to pop open in the rain for instant fresh air. Blind spot detection for ease of changing lanes and back up camera. Oh and my favorite part the 6.2 litre engine that would send a mustang quivering in the corner from being spanked by an 8 passenger vehicle. I never once was sore the whole trip and enjoyed the whole trip.
The last thing I will say is with all the creature comforts, the active auto ride load leveling suspension, and the 400 hp engine, it looks amazing and makes you feel the same driving it or standing by it. Total package when it comes to family
I bought a 2009 Subaru WRX from here, and traded in my 2007 Outback Sport. I dealt with three different employees between two separate visits and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable about Subarus. The buying process was quick and easy, and the only reason I had to come back a second time was due to my bank not being open the first time. I highly recommend them if you are on the market for a used Subaru, and I will be back when I am ready for my next vehicle. I plan to have them service my vehicle in the future as well.

I loved it when I bought it but the dealer I went to masked huge problems now it's my problem. Beware of used car dealers when it seems to good to be true.
Vehicle now stalls at 60-70 mph-major problem on Interstate highways. No one seems to know what causes it. I've spent upwards of $3,000 trying to fix the problem-no luck yet.
