Certified Benz and Beemer is a top-notch dealership. I’ve always heard great things about the place, but just got firsthand experience. On a Sunday I pulled in late afternoon and took a brief walk around the cars out front. Walked into the lobby after about 10 minutes and was greeted almost immediately by Product Specialist Michel James. Told him what I was looking for (I4) and he walked me upstairs to the inventory. Took a test drive around Papago Park (gotta love those curves). Michel was able to either immediately answer any question I had or had the info at his fingertips. He kept in touch with me in a way unlike a typical dealership. When I had my decision 2 days later, he arranged for a pretty seamless, low-stress acquisition of my new (to me) car. Sales Manager Kevin and Finance Manager Brock were great too! Hoping this ride will last me a long time, but will definitely be returning to CBB for the next one and letting friends in the market know where to go.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

During the past thirty (30) year, I've bought 30-40 brand new vehicles, including but not limited to, Lexus Sedans & SUV, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac (many), Chevrolet Corvette, trucks: Ford Platinum, Chevrolet, Dodge and GMC. The person who helped me at Avondale Toyota was Mr. Leonardo "Leo" Alvarez -- Leo is a straight shooter, no games, he didn't "turn" me to someone to start over -- a very pleasant transaction! In addition, Leo helped me program my iphone with my Prius--very helpful!!! What's more, from the beginning of our conversation & transaction, everything Leo stated to me occurred--no hiccups, no stories, no excuses!! I cannot stand excuses!!! Many dealerships will draw-in customers, switch the prospective buyer either to a lease, or sell the vehicle to another customer--this doesn't happen at Avondale Toyota!! I live in San Diego, CA (although originally from Phoenix), Prius' sell quickly in California, and unscrupulous California Toyota Dealerships will sell the car to who will pay the most! So, I decided to check-out Arizona Toyota delearships because gasoline is less expensive. Leo could have used my circumstances against me to justify charging me more, or selling to another--but he didn't!! Leo is a stand-up sales manage! Since, I've returned to San Diego, drove my 2025 Prius, easy drive, lot's of performance!! I can't say enough good things!!! Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
