I have a 2017 EV and it I staying to turn off the car and check the brakes but the brakes are fine. It's seems there is no way to turn of this warning or drive the car. The car has been down and even the dealer doesn't know what it is... electric cars make it harder to isolate the problem.

I'm still orginal 2006 owner.Great little mousee Everyone loves the orginal color.Color name kept private. Lots of wanna buyers.I don't want to let it go because of issue one problem.. this start of yr.noticed fluid leak from transmission its rear main seal,instead of replacing this part, it's highly possible gonna replace whole rebuilt transmission.Thinking of not replace rmseal because engine and transmission may have to come down and would have to pay twice, We don't think will owe another mazda reason no transmission dip stick and can't check your fluid like we have oil dipstick.You would have to go in pay for fluid fill up n pay for gasket plus labor

After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! We have now purchased 5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled with the experience and the durability and safety of a CarMax car!

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I have enjoyed my 2022 Honda Civic. The ride is great, it has enough performance to get around traffic when needed. The only draw back is there have been several recalls for different issues but over all it has been a great call

My 2013 MINI Cooper John Cooper Works Roadster is absolutely a blast. The JCW package includes more power and better brakes and suspension for fun back roads blasting and autocross use. It's a little harsh for daily driving, however, as the JCW suspension is a little lower and stiffer. I also have ultra high performance run flats on it, as there's no room for a spare, and I don't want to wait around for a tow if I get a nail or something in a tire. When new, this was a $45k car, and a bit expensive for a MINI. But on the used market, they are a real performance and economy value. They do have a reputation for worse reliability than normal cars, but if you find a well taken care of example, the N18 powered JCW and S roadsters are actually quite robust. I hope to have this car for many fun filled years to come, and would recommend people looking at sports cars give them a chance.

I bought my ZR two S-10 four-wheel-drive brand new in 2002. It’s been a great truck. I had a new 4.3 motor installed just a couple years ago after my truck was stolen and found with the engine overheated and and blown head gasket. I just went ahead and put a route brand new motor in it and the truck is just like it came off the ship of showroom floor, this truck has been to canyonland Utah from Mojave desert in death Valley plus it’s been to the Rubicon in California. I’ve had very few problems with my truck up in the past 20+ years. Yeah I believe I could still sell my truck close to $10,000 and it would be a value at that. I love my S 10.

I purchased a lightly used 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk on 12/22/24. I worked with "Moe" Erkan primarily although, Mike (Sales Manager) was also very instrumental in the transaction. Put simply, I couldn’t have been happier. First and foremost at no time when I was inquiring (probably made 3-4 visits at least to dealership) did I feel there was any pressure on me to “jump” at any particular vehicle or offer. Both Moe and Mike did their best to understand what kind of vehicle I wanted, particularly the accessories, and then figured out what options they had in inventory. As a side note I would add the dealership is well stocked if you are looking for any type of Jeep. I would also note I did not feel there was any false advertising in any way; all the vehicles on their website are in stock. Finally, there wasn’t any need to “haggle” over the price. Security Dodge seems to have some of the best prices around so once I found the vehicle I was looking for, it was just a matter of finalizing everything and picking up the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Moe and Mike. Roger Morris.

I have not bought a used car in 22 years as I have never had luck with older cars. I was driving by M&A and saw a vehicle that peaked my interest. I went in expecting the worst and instead I got a great experience. Even better than leasing a new car. Keeya was upfront and fair. He even helped me arrange for the Jeep to get inspected at my local mechanic. Before I lease another vehicle, I will be checking out M&A.....

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Love my car! Got the Metallic Carbon Black with dark front grill and Oyster leather interior. Fits me like a glove. Easy to drive and handles very well. I do not care for the auto shut off at stop lights. They couldn’t get the chip to delete that so it is what it is. If I put it into sport drive mode, it doesn’t do it. Also couldn’t get passenger lumbar, due to no chip, and I do miss that. Great on gas too!

As a proud customer of BAS, I am extremely delighted to disclose my positive experience to all customers who appreciate quality service. It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. I purchased a 2019 VW Golf AllTrack (6-speed) with only 16k miles on it, about a year ago (Oct 2023). The entire staff was super helpful. The staff handled all the financing and DMV paperwork with no issues. I've put about 20k miles on the car in the past year and had no issues. Highly recommend.

I've owned my J30 for 17 years and am ready to buy a new car, but I'm sad to let my J30 go. It still gives me pleasure when I see it, and I still love to drive it. But, it's starting to have problems, such as: my remote control no longer works, little oil leaks on my garage floor. Now that I mention the problems, I realize that for a car this old, that's really nothing. Though I have taken very good care of my car, I've never had a time when it didn't start for me. Like I said, I still love my J30. And it has such a timeless body, some people think it's a new car.

When I first got it it ran great but after running over a crub,it doesn't run the same way anymore.it overheats and check engine activates.

However, the delays in shipping gradually dimmed the shine of that positive review. Carlos and Shane were the main points of contact throughout the process. Their availability, particularly Carlos's 24/7 readiness, was a standout feature. Communication during the initial stages was seamless, and the transaction felt smooth and trouble-free. The process took a turn when two issues arose: discovering a damaged trim piece and delays in shipping the car. Initially, the experience was almost flawless. The website provided detailed images and a 3D view of the car, and the paperwork process was swift. Despite some trouble with the online application service related to a password issue, I managed to resolve it after a few attempts. The car was officially mine over two days, November 7th and 8th. Choosing Ally Bank for the loan saved us a few tenths of a percentage point on interest compared to our local credit union. Now, onto the negatives. From November 8th onward, I received little to no information about the arrival and replacement of the damaged trim piece. Responses like "not sure" or "I don't know" were common. Shane, who was supposed to handle this, didn't communicate the status effectively. Shipping delays were also frustrating. The first delay on November 13th was due to the driver's truck breaking down. On November 15th, Victoria from an unknown shipping company informed me that the car would be shipped. Communication from both companies that day was poor. A request for an SS-4 form from DAS was apparently unmet, leading to the cancellation of that company and an overnight wait. On Saturday morning, November 16th, a group text from DAS at 9:26 A.M. informed me of the car's shipment. At 4 PM, I texted Carlos to confirm if the car was not coming so my wife and I could go to dinner. His response was, "Yes, go to dinner. If I have to drive the car to you myself on Monday, I will." Ultimately, a company was hired to tow the car, but there was no plan to return my old car. This lack of planning reflected poorly on DAS's overall service quality. Despite these issues, the car itself is immaculate, meeting or exceeding my expectations. It shifts like a dream. For future improvements: In group texts, DAS staff should sign off with their first name to clarify who is responding. Keep customers informed. Silence creates anxiety and frustration. Provide regular updates on ongoing processes to reassure buyers.
