I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
Overall was rated only "good" in place of excellent due to issues beyond Edward Santana's control. The new car required some body repair which required some delays/inconveniences. The future looks good for Edwardo professionally. We are pleased with him and on request will send him new business.
We were shopping for an Accord Hybrid and had exhausted our options at our local dealers. After some online research we found the car that we wanted at Lee's Summit Honda so I reached out. Austen contacted us very promptly and was amazing to work with! He was very transparent with the entire process and got us a great deal. We had to make a 3hr drive to get to them but it was worth it. Every single person in service makes me feel like I am 1 in a million! Can???t wait to come back! I was in for an oil change first thing in the morning. I let them know I had to be at work by 930 and I barely had time to finish my doughnut before they were done and I was headed out the door.
My previous Fiesta that I also bought from Bob Allen Ford was in accident/totaled. So when dealing with insurance companies you don't have time to go out comparing. I sent my request online for help finding my car. I also did my credit approval online. So when "Woody" responded that he had what I was looking for, we set up to meet after sending me a picture of the car. From the time I walked in to the time i drove away in the my new Fiesta was just over 90 minutes. The Jason and Guy got me some nice deals for my car as well. Looking forward to my next purchase (hoping in another 6-7 years.)
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.

Ryan and his team did an outstanding job finding the vehicle that best suited my needs and my budget. The process was smooth and I never felt pressured at any time. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Honda of Olathe purchasing our new 2019 Odyssey Minivan. Our amazing sales person was Tim Tilghman and we really appreciated all of the effort and time he spent with us. Tim was very informative on all the new features that the Odyssey had to offer our family and was always very responsive to our questions and phone calls. He was helpful in every way possible along our decision making process. This was our 4th car that we purchased from Olathe Dealership - but first car with "Honda of Olathe" (the previous 3 were from Frank Ancona) and we were very impressed with their process - very smooth and easy. I can't speak highly enough about how great we feel about our new Odyssey and how grateful we are to Tim and the "Honda of Olathe" team.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Shawn Lemieux and his helper Carter were awesome to deal with. I said there was no stress involved in this Pilot trade in! I would highly recommend asking for these two when you are in the car shopping market!

This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!
Josh Hooser was the man for the job! We emailed same day to test drive a Jeep and were seen not 3 hours later! Josh let us drive all over to really get a good feel for the engine and supplied more stats that we didn’t even think about. He explained all the paper work and even let us have a spare tire that was missing! Overall, felt very comfortable and informed when getting a used Jeep.
