I was happy to be in and out fairly quickly. Albert the sales man was very friendly and do everything for me to meet my needs. He listened to what I was anted and did not try to up sale me which is very annoying to me
I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks!
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. While making the deal he walked me through and introduced me to everyone over at the Larry Miller family. Hand shakes, smiles and great deals is what these guys are all about. In and Out in only 3 hrs & 15 mins includes demonstrating a new vehicle and trading in the old one. Very nice to work out a deal online and actually have it honored once I arrived. Trade in value was about what I expected and still a bit more than two other dealers had offered. All involved worked fast and courteously and I thank them for that. I would have no problem buying another car right here. Thank you Arrowhead Honda.

I just want to say sales manager Chris Bowman was great to deal with from beginning till end. When I inquired about a Hyundai Tucson he was straight to the point, negotiated fairly, and is a "true professional". As I use to work at a car dealership myself, these guys are the real deal, are down to earth, and organized. You won't get the traditional run around from Chris and Manny.
I bought my first car in 1955 and many since. The experience with most dealers ranged from poor to very good. My experience at Tempe Honda caught me unawares because it was so extraordinarily good. This started with Francine's chat, continued with rescheduling an earlier time to fit my schedule (at the last minute) and extra effort to find another part that was requested when I signed in. The free shuttle was a wonderful convenience - quick response. Check out was beyond expectations for ease.
We bought a car this past weekend and it was an awesome experience! We started the process online, had a few follow up questions and spent a short time at the dealership. Edward was awesome!! Great guy and VERY helpful! Ivan answered all of our questions and understood we didn't have all day to buy a car! Finally, Travis helped us get through the paperwork and get us on our way! From beginning to end Tempe Honda and ALL their staff was AWESOME! Buy a car from them, you will be glad you did!
Good and bad. The good, David did everything he said, took the time to answer my questions and showed illustrations. The bad, I found a 5 inch white marked scratch on my passenger side, roofline rear side. This problem was resolved immediately, it was buffed out. There was a question about my oil change, the oil timer in my car was not reset.
I bought a car that my daughter wanted from Autonation,however they wouldn't give her a black interior of the Honda 2018 Civic,before she signed the papers to purchase. The sales person was a lier and said everything to try to make a second car sales to me her mother. Tempe Honda,very Honest, asked all the right questions, worked with my budget, sales people honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this dealer for all the right reasons.Be careful when buying a car,don't sign papers until your really satisfied.
Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. I highly recommend you asking for them when you walk into Bell Honda if you want a good experience.
Quality dealership with all the amenities. Service personnel were helpful and eager to make my visit short and sweet. I was able to use a great loner car when my Mini’s service would take extra time to finish. Much appreciated!
Was working with the staff fo weeks. Was looking at a Santa Fe and a Tuscon. The sales team was very kind. Thank you to Joe. He was very flexible and helpful. The pricing was great and we got a really good deal. Walked out the door with a Brand new Hyundai Tuscon Limited Ultimate!!! I would really recommend this dealer!
I visited this dealership yesterday. Riley was amazing! Prior to visiting the dealership I called and spoke with Riley over the phone. Told him what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership I noticed it was very family-orientated. Took a test drive on the car that I had researched. Liked it. Finished the financing process, and was out of the dealership in about an hour. It was a refreshing view of a dealership and customer service! Thanks!
