Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

On my opinion this is all out great car only thing I've had to have done to the car oil changes rate changes change the oil every 3,000 miles I keep your gas in over a half a tank in my opinion that's Were I keep my gas and that's about all the trouble I had with that car besides changing my battery it's been a great overall car I've been very impressed with the with this car and I hope by the time I change this car I would want to have the same kind of car for the same type of Independence that this car had I will buy another one in a heart beat...

First day I spoke with Cassie, and forgive me if I misspelled her name. She was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Prior to purchasing the 2019 Ford Fiesta, all of the personnel were very helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Cassie was my salesperson and she was awesome with her kind soft spoken voice. The person who was with me knew some of the staff including the owner. Overall an outstanding group of professional people. Thanks to all the staff for their support now and in the future. Bought 2 cars from these guys in the past and just purchased my third. They usually carry cars that are cheaper like 10 to 12000 and under but I called Todd and told him I wanted a low mileage Camry and he didn't have one but got it for me a few days later and I saved several thousand when I shopped the deal elsewhere. Would not go anywhere else. Great small family owned operation.
