I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!

I sold my car to Jim Coleman Toyota, and I had a fantastic experience! Salesperson Jonathan Wear was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. He helped and assisted me in the sale while showing flexibility with the terms of our contract, speeding up the payment to accommodate my needs. Jonathan went the extra mile by bringing me the check in person the same day. Thank you, Jonathan, for making my sale such a pleasant experience and for your attentiveness to my special needs. I would definitely go back to Jim Coleman Toyota!

My initial experience at the Safford Brown Kia Dealership was extremely disappointing.I had an appointment with Mark Tehrani concerning the purchase of 2015 Toyota Rav 4.Upon my arrival he acted in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner(the vehicle that I went there to purchase was already sold and was not even apologetic.Luckily for me one of the managers intervened and the day had a happy ending.Mark Tehrani is not suited for this position,I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with him.

Dealer Network Trade review
Had such an amazing experience! Was a bit nervous to purchase a new vehicle especially in this market but the staff & service were outstanding & comforting. They educated me on every step & were so helpful with any questions/concerns I had. I've been car shopping for some time now but I'm beyond thankful I was able to find DNT. Would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a trustworthy dealership in the DMV. Finally got the Lexus I've been wanting & with the beautiful inventory they have, I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!

Ihan, Stanley, Edwin, and Allison are a great team and made the car buying process stress-free and oddly fun! Ihan knows his cars, and Stanley is an informative and enjoyable personality. Edwin and Allison sail right in with timely support. As I said, they're a great team and they aim to make the customer happy. I'll highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

A solid "A" experience with MemberCar. Responded in a timely manner to my requests for additional photos and to questions. Wire transfer and title change was smooth. They recommended and coordinated shipping with a local shipper who delivered my "new-to-me" vehicle in a very timely manner at a reasonable price, halfway across the country. If they had a vehicle that I was interested in, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

This dealership was to me way down in Pasadena. Truthfully thought about turning around on Wednesday. Decided to keep going. Arrived and was met by Robert, a totally up front individual. He pulled out the vehicle gave me keys and said try it out, I will talk to you when you return. The professionalism he possessed was exceptional. We had a 45 minute discussion and I bought the vehicle. I explained that I had no way to get back to the business, from just below Towson to pick up the vehicle. Robert didn't hesitate and said not to worry we will work something out. They delivered my vehicle on Friday and gave me gas $. This was totally the exception and a worthwhile experience.

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁

CarMax Smithtown review
I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.
