I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.

Worked with Kirk Saraydaroglu to purchase a used Lexus NX 350 on the lot. Said there was no price drop that would happen but a week later it dropped $2k, so went in and Kirk did a very good job of negotiating a good price for our trade in and got a good deal on the dealership's financing. Kirk understandably was not very familiar with Lexus, but we were so that was fine. Overall he was very nice to work with and like with all car purchases, ALWAYS go in VERY well informed, but not showing how much you know. It's just how the game is played.

2016 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

We live about 3 hrs from MemberCar. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. On the way home, 2 hrs into the return trip we encountered and issue. Rob assured us they would make it right. We were able to take the vehicle to our garage to fix and MemberCar reimbursed. I have bought many used cars in my life but have never experience a dealership like MemberCar where they made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. On my opinion this is all out great car only thing I've had to have done to the car oil changes rate changes change the oil every 3,000 miles I keep your gas in over a half a tank in my opinion that's Were I keep my gas and that's about all the trouble I had with that car besides changing my battery it's been a great overall car I've been very impressed with the with this car and I hope by the time I change this car I would want to have the same kind of car for the same type of Independence that this car had I will buy another one in a heart beat...
