Andres was exceptional Hadn’t planned on buying that day was just starting to look for my best. option and he created one for me I’ve been a loyal CRV owner for 17 years and this CRV should last me till they take my keys or I go home to my Heavenly Father . So many safety features for a driver and comfort as well. Andre’s sent a video as soon as I put out a request and has followed up with me at least 3 times since my purchase to see if I need any help I love my new car and all it has to offer

Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

Autos of Dallas review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ask for Q — You Won’t Regret It! From the moment I pulled into Autos of Dallas Plano, I somehow knew Quinten, aka Q, was going to be my salesperson. 😂 His personality was immediately down-to-earth and familiar—like talking to somebody in the family instead of a car salesman. Within just a few minutes of conversation, I realized Q was going to be honest, fair, respectful, and trustworthy. I genuinely felt like he wasn’t going to put me in a vehicle that he wouldn’t feel comfortable putting one of his own family members in, and that meant a lot to me. At one point, Q received a call from his son’s school and immediately went into Daddy Mode. I respected that more than he probably realized because family comes first. It also told me something about his character outside of simply trying to make a sale. Most importantly, Q kept his word. From beginning to end, he made the process comfortable, straightforward and memorable—and I had my keys in less than 24 hours! 🚙🔑 I saw some of the less-than-favorable reviews about this dealership before purchasing, so I want to be very clear: my review is as real as it gets. I can only speak about my transaction and my experience with Q, but Autos of Dallas should be proud to have him on their team. He is the total opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. Character, integrity, honesty and respect still matter, and Q demonstrated all of them throughout my transaction. I also have to shout out Justin in Finance! Another proud family man, easy to talk to, and his office is a whole ZEN VIBE! 😂 Even the finance portion of the process felt relaxed instead of stressful or pressured. Q, thank you again for making a major purchase feel personal rather than transactional. You’re appreciated—and officially invited to the BBQ! 😂❤️ And Justin, thank you for helping make the final stretch just as smooth. If you’re shopping at Autos of Dallas Plano, ask for Q. Tell him the lady who invited him to the BBQ sent you! 😂💪🏾

Everyone was great to work with. Professional, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. My salesman Mr. Graver was awesome. He along with the sale manager and finance manager worked with me to give a great deal on the Chevy truck I purchased from them. I recommend Sign It Drive It if you're looking to purchase a great used vehicle.

Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.

2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Tremendous experience. The selection of vehicles was incredible. The people were the best. Everything ran smooth and easy.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Auto Class DirectReviews
Auto Class Direct review
Buying a car from out of state can be stressful, but this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. From the very beginning, Jennifer was outstanding. She helped put the entire deal together, answered my questions, and made the process smooth and straightforward. Marty and Jenny in finance were equally great to work with and made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was that they did the entire deal over the phone, exactly as promised. There were no surprises when I arrived. In fact, the car was in even better condition than they described. It was clean, well-maintained, and obviously cared for. They even went above and beyond by helping return my rental car, which made the trip much easier and saved me a lot of hassle. In today's world, it's rare to find a dealership that delivers exactly what they promise, but this team did just that. I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone, especially out-of-state buyers looking for an honest, hassle-free experience. Thank you, Jennifer, Marty, and Jenny, for making this such a great experience! 🚗👏

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

Principle Hyundai BoerneReviews
Principle Hyundai Boerne review
Starting with Polite Paul, the AI assistant, to make an appointment, and Tony and Miriam the advisors, my experience was excellent. It was really busy when I brought my vehicle in for service. They were teaming up and juggling customers, such that no one was left unattended and their needs were being met. I’ve never had advisors work as a team at any other dealership like they were doing. Between the two of them, they were getting things done! In reviewing the inspection video by the tech, it became obvious that the individual was new there and was following protocol in the review. The only flaw was that the odometer read 120,000 miles and he was going by that. There was no current notification of the engine replacement Principle did a year and a half ago, which would have shown that there was really only 25,000 miles on that engine. I’m sure that is an exception rather than the rule, but the tech should be able to quickly see a major item like that without having to view that vehicle’s entire history. Just a suggestion on my part, not any problem with the advisors or tech. I have always had excellent customer service at Principle Hyundai.
2019 Honda CR-V review
Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

CarMax Hulen MallReviews
CarMax Hulen Mall review
My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!
