Lexus of TowsonReviews
Lexus of Towson review
Many of us have found buying a new or used car, can be a very frustrating and negative experience. However, my wife and I just had the most pleasant and positive car buying experience ever, in purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, all as a result of our Sales Consultant Jonathan Butler! Jonathan was the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive automotive salesperson we have ever come in contact with. While for the most part, the staff at Lexus of Towson were always professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, for the exception for one Manager, Jonathan consistently exceeded our car buying expectations. Without a doubt, Jonathan Butler was the primary reason we decided to purchase our CPO RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, as apposed to numerous other dealers in our area! If you are in the market, or just thinking of purchasing a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, and contact Jonathan Butler at Lexus of Towson, you will not be disappointed! Anthony Delauney

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore review
I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

My husband and I are very pleased with our recent purchase of a 2023 Honda CR-V with the help of Amirah Holland. We were shown a nice option of automobiles and feel we landed on the best for our needs and budget. Amirah was warm and knowledgeable. She heard what we needed and did not push us into a more expensive car. We are absolutely loving our new Honda! (And, yes, we were just going to do a test drive, but we fell in love with the way it felt to drive the CR-V) We were also really happy with the financing.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

We just had a wonderful experience with Kyshawn trading in a 2021 HR-V for a 2027 Odyssey! He listened to our priorities and made the deal happen. Kyshawn, Sam, and the financing department made the whole deal straightforward and we left with exactly what we wanted within 2 hours. We were grateful for such a quick and easy process. This is our 3rd purchase with Heritage Honda in Parkville!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Sport HondaReviews
Sport Honda review
As a loyal Honda owner with multiple vehicles, I insist on having all my servicing done at the dealership, and Sport Honda consistently proves why they are the best in the business. The level of service here is truly exceptional. I especially want to highlight Brian, who has been my go-to service advisor for six years across three different cars. Having someone knowledgeable and trustworthy to rely on over the years makes a huge difference. Thank you, Brian, and the entire Sport Honda team for years of outstanding service!
