McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Germain Honda of DublinReviews
Germain Honda of Dublin review
(Update - Nearly two years after my purchase I am still happy with it and the people of Germain Honda. I have found all of the people in the service department to be honest, professional, pleasant and competent. The waiting area is very comfortable and has free coffee and popcorn. My elderly (and eccentric) wife recently had surgery and Service Manager Holly was very attentive to her and made sure that she was comfortable. People with those qualities are priceless.) I was led to Germain Honda of Dublin to buy a used car from Cars.com because they provide free CarFax reports on their cars. Salesman Mattason Hernandez helped us settle on a lease returned 2021 Passport. During our test drive we noticed a crack in the windshield and he made sure it was replaced immediately. After the sale, I became concerned because I didn't receive confirmation and documentation for the extended warranty policy that I purchased from the finance department at the time of sale. Mr Hernandez responded to my email 26 minutes after I sent it to him and promised to help. A few hours later he forwarded the documentation to me. His quick response in both cases was greatly appreciated! After reviewing the details of the extended warranty I was grateful that Gabe Johnson suggested it. Situations like this are the reason why doing business with a quality company is important. We focus on the vehicle and price but have to remember how important the caliber of people we are working with is. We love our new car and are confident in our choice of dealership.

Honda UniverseReviews
Honda Universe review
I had such a genuinely great experience working with Sue that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and refreshingly not pushy. She gave me the space to make my own decisions, answered my questions honestly, and never once tried to upsell me with unnecessary add-ons or pressure me into a brand-new vehicle I didn’t want. What stood out most was her integrity. I had previously visited another local dealership with the exact same car priced $4,800 higher, where the focus felt more on how I was paying rather than helping me feel confident in the purchase. That was not the case here at all. At Honda Universe, Sue made the process smooth and efficient. Within two days, I had test driven two vehicles and was out the door with the right one—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She respected my time, my budget, and my priorities, which is rare and incredibly appreciated. I also want to give a special thank you to Nazyia, who kindly drove me back from my car rental—such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience even easier—and to Emily at the front desk, who was always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely helpful every time I walked in. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and truly customer-focused, Sue is the person you want to work with. This was hands-down one of the easiest and most comfortable car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! I wish I would have went there first. The drive was well worth it.

Schomp HondaReviews
Schomp Honda review
I am so grateful to have found Schomp! My car was totaled recently and, being a young woman who knows nothing about cars, I was BEYOND overwhelmed at the idea of buying another. I visited a few other dealerships, but I didn't like how "cornered" the sales teams made me feel. Schomp is SO different. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob at Schomp Honda in Highlands Ranch, and he was incredibly patient and kind while assisting me through the entire process, which meant SO MUCH considering how overwhelmed I was. I never once felt like he was trying to pressure me toward any particular vehicle or that I was being swindled to pay more, because that's not how Schomp works. It was clear to me that Jacob (as well as the rest of the team) wanted me to feel comfortable in a car I really liked, and he literally went out of his way to help me find it. Thank you so much, Jacob! Shout-out to Hayes, David Cole, and James as well. The people here are genuine, honest, and trustworthy which were major factors for me in letting them help me find my new car. This place greatly exceeded my expectations. The vibes are immaculate. Love you guys.

Honda of Cleveland HeightsReviews
Honda of Cleveland Heights review
Was hands down the smoothest process I’ve been through at any dealership and I’ve been to many. I worked with Michael Dorony as my sales consultant. Very nice, friendly, down to earth guy. From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington review
We had a wonderful experience with Will Stanley. His knowledge of the mechanical abilities of the car is very wide reaching. He answered all of our questions very professionally. His knowledge of the cars, definitely made us steer towards buying a Honda. We will definitely recommend Will and Honda motor corporation, in Wilmington.

Great experience buying my new car! Chris was an excellent salesperson—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Frenk in Finance was also great and made the paperwork quick and easy. Both guys made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them!

Rosen HondaReviews
Rosen Honda review
After we made contact through cars.com, the Rosen dealership was very professional in its contact and communication. An appointment was set up, reminders were sent, and then we arrived at the dealership. After introducing ourselves, our salesperson, Gabriella, was very quick and thorough in getting us in the Oddessey of our choice. After our ride, we talked briefly about our options, and left. Definitely not the high pressure from other dealerships.
