2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I submitted a negative review last week after a 5-week ordeal with a new car, but Autonation worked with me to resolve the issue via service and make up for it in other ways, which I appreciated. I don't see any way to edit my previous review so I am submitting this new one.

This is a superb vehicle, even after many kms of driving. It should last many years with normal maintenance. It has no flaws that I'm aware of.

2017 Honda CR-V review
2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

Overall we had a great experience at this dealership. Good communication and customer service from Sevan. We believe we found a great car for the price!
2010 Honda CR-V review
We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

Lexus of Greenwood Village review
I had an exceptional experience working with Kristian Fernanda in the purchase of my GX550 Overtrail Plus. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, offering detailed insights without any pressure. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions with clarity and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated the low-pressure approach and felt like I was making an informed decision. Financing decisions were easy working with Raymond Rodriguez and I enjoyed our discussions while waiting for the banks to respond back with rates. I really appreciated Alan Ruiz going over all of the tech with me. This is my fourth Lexus and by far the best purchase experience. Thank you!
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

I have owned this car since new. With 111K miles, I am still very happy with the choice. The 2014 was the last CR-V made with a conventional automatic transmission, and highly desirable for towing behind a camper. My service and repair bills have been exemplary.

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

This was the best experience EVER buying a vehicle. Giving Megi kudos doesn't even touch the surface of how great she is. Talked with her on a Tuesday, she listened, she heard and she conquered. Had my vehicle on Friday and it was exactly what I wanted to the T. Megi rocks, she is top notch. I would recommend her and HM Brown over and over. Thank you Megi you are wonderful!

Planet Honda review
Had a great experience with the service advisor, Eric on 8-27-25. Had a some questions for an app't the following day. Arrived at 5:00 and not only did Eric, the service advisor, save me a couple of hundred dollars, but was able to get the recommended service completed in a half hour without having an app't. I have not always had great experiences but this made up for the lack of attentiveness in the past. Have been a customer since 1990 and will continue to have Planet Honda in Golden to service my 2018 CRV Honda.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Lexus of Greenwood Village review
I went in today to look at some Lexus’s since I was trading in my Range Rover sport. I’ve had Lexus’s in the past and they’re so reliable and nice. Max in sales was incredible to work with. He listened to my wants/needs and prioritized everything and also got me the best deal. His customer service was also wonderful! Their dealership is clean with beautiful amenities too! I’m now and forever a Lexus girl thanks to Max!!
2015 Honda CR-V review
Easy to handle, but could use a little more luxury. Impaired vision, five drivers side from window or car meets engine want heated seats to be an automatic option, _____cannot use Google Maps in this car. Could not use cell ph till I called Honda directly. What’s up?

Transparent and straightforward. Bobby was very knowledgeable. No bait and switch from on line offering.
2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
Went to Groove Toyota to just look at new hybrid Toyota SUVs and met Mike Goodoe. Mike listened to the need/preference and offered some model options. Joe Swonger stepped in seamlessly and we took a demo drive with a used, low mileage Rav 4. Joe explained unique features of the Rav4 and provided a comparison to the new Highlanders (my original thought for a new vehicle). I was convinced that the used Rav4 would be the best option! Joe walked me through all the final steps and closed the sale. He and Mike also delivered the car to our home. Joe and Mike were both very easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and followed up to make sure this was the right deal. Thank you, Groove Toyota for the great customer service, value, and product.

Excellent car. Almost no trouble in 13 years of ownership. Extremely reliable. Easy to maintain. Only complaint is that it is noisier than I would like on the highway.

My daughter and I had a great experience at Schomp Mazda. We were provided great customer service and were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase. We arrived at the shop closer to closing and was able to secure a vehicle within that time. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the market for a car. Thanks Avery and Stephen!
2014 Honda CR-V review
Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

2011 Honda CR-V review
My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
I was car shopping for a few months and found a pre-owned SUV at Groove Toyota. I called the dealership and salesman, Daniel Bailey answered. We set a time in an hour and when I arrived Daniel had both SUVs I inquired about, up front, washed/detailed and ready to test drive. First, I hate going to car dealerships and it's a stressful situation I try to avoid but Daniel made it a pleasurable experience. I've been in sales for over 26 years and I appreciate a good salesperson who doesn't make you feel like you're just a # or that is overly aggressive. Daniel asked great questions up front to ensure he was providing good service and not wasting my time. He cared about what I was looking for and what was important to me. I felt like he was listening and seeking to understand vs just selling me. I really appreciated that. I left that afternoon, torn on what I was going to do, as I had a couple of SUVs I was interested in at other dealerships, but in the end I came back to Groove Toyota because of Daniel. We made the sale on a busy Saturday and he stuck by my side through the entire process, which included me trading in my truck. To the management at Groove, you may have 80+ salespeople fighting for a sale, but it's the ones like Daniel who build loyalty out of customers like me by treating people with respect. Daniel represents your dealership with integrity and character, and these are qualities you just can't teach, but should appreciate.
2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Mile High Acura review
We purchased a 2019 ILX with the exceptional help of Matt Heintz. We had been car shopping all day and the staff at Mile High didn’t waste our time...they cut straight to the bottom line and made it extremely apparent they wanted our business. Matt and his team had us in and out in under 30 minutes. Hard to say about any other dealership. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here!
2020 Honda CR-V review
I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2022 Honda CR-V review
I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.
