Lexus of Cerritos review
I have been coming to the same dealership since 2018 and have zero complaints. I don't feel like I am being "sold" too and my service rep is upmost and honest about what is required for general maintenance. I choose whether to have it serviced there or pass. I will continue to tell others to go there and hope they experience the same quality of service as I do.

DCH Toyota of TorranceReviews
DCH Toyota of Torrance review
Anthony Lisica was extremely helpful in the buying process. He helped make the buying process as easy as possible. We showed up with an appointment for a specific vehicle on the lot. We test drove it and moved to start the buying process. We got a discount off the sticker price and made a deal. From there we did the paperwork and purchased a new Tacoma. Anthony helped make the deal happen and we could not be happier with the purchase. Thank you Anthony Lisica and DCH Toyota of Torrance!
2024 Honda HR-V review
I had reservations initially, but am very pleased with my purchase. This vehicle has a few more additions than my previous HRV. I like the added features that are standard on this model.

Mercedes-Benz of CalabasasReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I had an exceptional experience working with Sally at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car?not just making a sale. Sally took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. If you?re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend asking for Sally. She made what can often be an overwhelming experience feel easy and even enjoyable.

Mazda of Orange review
I always have the very best experience in everything provided. Customer Service, follow ups and all of my concerns were all addressed the best way. Will Hamilton went out of his way to make sure everything was addressed in a timely manner. The supervisor Eric Badillo seriously has an amazing team and also makes sure that everything is addressed and provided. I am very impressed, as Customer Service is so neglected and nice to see that such a big dealership makes it it's priority. Thank you

Easily the best buying experience I've ever gone through. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I wanted to pay, and I was in and out in 2 hours, trading in my old lease for a new one I loved. Thank you to Matt V for helping me find the perfect car for me, Blake for working with me on numbers, and Tim for being a badass and helping me fill out all the paperwork in record time. Will definitely be back here for my next car, too.

Richard was extremely helpful and we found the perfect starter car for our daughter. Made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the full process.
2024 Honda HR-V review
So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

Norm Reeves Honda SuperstoreHuntington BeachReviews
Norm Reeves Honda SuperstoreHuntington Beach review
We had the most incredible experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - Huntington Beach, CA. Barry Luke is the representative that handled getting my wife's new Honda civic LX. I can't talk enough about how amazing and refreshing this experience with him was. From the get go, Barry wasn't pushy, calm, and most importantly - he beat the rest of the competition. I personally went to the socal honda website and contacted probably 75% of the dealerships in Los Angeles and Barry's deal was the best. From his calm attitude and demeanor, care, and respect for making things quick - we were in and out of the dealership within ONE HOUR and drove off the lot with our new car after our 2020 trade in. He made sure not to waste our time. Again, I can't recommend him and the team over there enough. He is a rare gem in an industry that is oversaturated with false information, pushiness/aggression, and sales tactics. GO HERE!!! And ask for BARRY! And REYMOND!

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

An individual i spoke to on the phone when scheduling was not very helpful at all. I was able to later speak to another individual who provided the information the first person was unwilling to provide in the service department. The first person gave the impression that they didn't want to help.

CarMax Escondido review
I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. We're definitely getting a second car with them . Lidia
