I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

2022 Honda Pilot review
We decided on the Trail Sport. We live in mountains of SW Montana on a dirt road, off a gravel forest service access rd. We also transport elderly women from our church, so needed a 3rd row for seating. It's been a reliable, comfortable ride. Easy for the ladies to get in & out of. My hubby & I are sure enjoying the comfort level of this pilot. One of the great features is being able to adjust the traction to mud & snow.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I had never imagined I would buy a car completely online, but my experience with Beaver Toyota of Cumming exceeded every expectation. What started as just a few questions through the online chat ultimately ended with me purchasing my vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. My salesperson, Ronald, was outstanding. He was never pushy, always patient, accommodating, and accessible. He always took the time to answer every question I had. He made me a personalized video of the vehicle and FaceTimed me which gave me confidence in buying a car from out of state without seeing it in person. At every step, I felt informed and never pressured. Kaholy in Finance was equally wonderful. She walked me through every document step by step, explained everything clearly, and answered every single question I had. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and straightforward.
