It was easy to make the appointment and the lady I spoke with checked several things on recalls to assure all were included in the appointment. I received several reminders of the appointment although I keep up with things pretty well, but since we had a family emergency, it was handy to have the prompt. The man who checked me in was accurate and knew what he was doing. It was reasonless and quick with succinct explanations.he explained they happened to have the parts at that time for the third recall and explained how they could not order parts, but they ship periodically and since I was there, they could complete the third recall. The work took more than half a day which they predicted, so I was able to arrange for someone to drive me there and back. All tasks were completed and I picked up the car with little waiting. All the staff is on task and polite, not rushed but busy. I appreciate the people who helped me. The dealership building and restroom were clean and all people very nice and knew their job and seems to convey a calm confidence. Overall, I’m please to have this Honda dealership to work with me and my car.

Most comfortable riding vehicle I’ve ever owned. Does everything I need a truck to do. Gets me 80 miles round trip for work in comfort, hauls 18 ft boat, wood from Home Depot, junk to the dump and looks and feels good doing it. 50k miles now with no mechanical issues. Great light truck.

We were a little leary of dealerships and in the past feeling intimidated bad uncaring salespeople who treat you like your a number. We decided to go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington as my friend had told me, her saleslady who's she's bought from for years had started working there, she has great reviews, credentials and Kim even showed us the commercials where she had been on TV and the internet. We pull up and to our suprise we are greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from the exact person we went to see, Trisha Hulin! I've never felt more welcomed at a dealership as I did that day. Immediately all of my fears melted away, without her speaking a word I knew we were in good hands and she was everything Kim said she was. She greeted us with a smile, opened our doors and even helped me get my elderly mother inside and seated. She Immediately ask if we'd like a beverage or a snack, it was like visiting family, we were treated like royalty and we felt important and appreciated. I had some credit struggles and was nervous about it but Trisha assured me that she would take care of us and indeed she did. She worked with such grace ,integrity and honesty every step of the way, she was dressed and carried herself very professionally, you knew she genuinely cared and was there to help us and guide us in the right direction. That lifted such a heavy weight off of my shoulders. Just knowing she was doing everything she could for us was such a blessing, I can see why she's highly recommended and everyone raves about her. She worked hard and diligently but, she got us approved for the vehicle that we wanted, me and mom were ecstatic. I admire her so much, for her love of helping others and with a smile on her face every step of the way. She has the sweetest spirit, very positive, she's beautiful and she went above and beyond to take care of us. I can never thank her enough for all of her hard work and determination. I also saw several of her new coworkers asking her for help and guidance and she didn't hesitate for one minute to lend a helping hand, this just isn't something you typically see at a dealership, she spoke highly of everyone, not one negative word from her even though we heard one of the managers make a rude comment towards her, that did leave a bitter taste in my mouth, but Trisha just smiled and kept moving. I have no doubt that there is challenging days for her, but her determination is that that I've never seen before in my 60 years. She took such great care of mom and I, and we are happy with our new Equinox, she took care of us from the very beginning and still calls to check in on us truly exceptional customer service and truly the best experience I've ever had. She is like family to us now and she truly made an impact for the good on me and mom that day. We will never buy from anyone else but her as Kim and so many other's do. If your in the market for a vehicle,or know someone that is, ask for Trisha Hulin @Capital Chevrolet in Lexington NC. She's active on social media and Kim even Googled her name and a whole page about her with positive feedback and reviews from her past decade as a phenomenal sales consultant. I hope this company realizes how amazing she is, and that they acknowledge that she works hard for them and her family. I'm still blown away at the quality of exceptional service that we got working with Trisha. Good credit or bad credit she treats you with the upmost respect and appreciation, that's the way all dealership sales should be, like Trisha! We will be back and send everyone we know to work with her. Also a thank you to Cody, Riz and Finance For being kind to us. 2020 Honda Ridgeline review
I own a 2020 Ridgeline. It’s a very versatile.smooth ride. I LOVE MY HONDA & take great care of it. ❤️ BUT, it’s time for a redesigned model. I DISLIKE the EMERGENCY button ! It’s TOO CLOSE to my shift & screen controls! 🙄 seats could use a little extra padding. Plus BETTER quality materials for the interior would be a win win. My sun visor is Already coming apart at the seams. 🤨 Hanging on to mine, though. Cuz, I DONT LIKE the new models. 🤔

2020 Honda Ridgeline review
I bought my Ridgeline new in February 2021 and it still feels new to me. Plenty of power, comfort, and convenience to keep me satisfied and not interested in replacing it. I’ve owned several interesting new cars, like a’69 Z28, ‘74 MGB, and 2019 Insight but the Ridgeline is the first to truly keep my interest.

2020 Honda Ridgeline review
Purchased a used 2020, after reading all the reviews for all the years, and found one that had the right combo of price and mileage. I am very pleased with the ride; it's basically a Honda Pilot with a bed! I traded a Colorado (which i was very pleased with) but the Ridgeline is a different breed of cat than a small pickup truck. Now i understand why the Car&Driver etc reviewers always rate the Ridgeline ahead of all the other midsize pickups. It's kind of in a category of its own.
