I dreaded looking for a car and dealing with sales. I started my car search on Consumer Reports, and used their TrueCar connection to hook up with with dealerships, Union County Kia being one of them. Treaor was the first sales person who left a voicemail introducing himself and if interested, to contact him for more information about the Niro. Trevor was low pressure and fabulous to deal with. Even other Union County Kia employees congratulated me on my purchase - very friendly staff. Upon delivery, Trevor spent 45 minutes going over every feature and ensuring I was comfortable with options before I left the dealership. Very satisfied with overall experience.
I came to a service for my 2015 ML 350 and went out driving a 2017 GLS 450. How? or Why? Was not looking for a change, but great opportunities and great people are better together. Raj came only to say hello and kindly suggested ???the flag ship???..... nothing else to say. Great experience and a new friend. Thanks Raj!

As always I dread the car negotiation process, however John Sim???s sales presentation moved us to selecting the best vehicle. He asked all the right questions which sped up the selection process. Finally he offered a fair price for our trade. We knew it was a fair price because we conducted the research prior to making a decision to trade it. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Mr Sims.
The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.
When I brought up the problem with the rear seat belts on my Passat, Sean Gerringer was quick to agree with the safety risk. He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. All good, including my review of VW of South Charlotte.
Melissa was superb, I give her 5 Stars!. She is extremely knowledgeable of the product and listened to what I was looking for. She found me the perfect CRV for my needs and budget. She also addressed all of my concerns professionally and willingly. I appreciate the time and patience spent on educating me about the CR-V and the dealership services. Thanks Melissa!
I would give the dealership 5 stars based on Melissa. Unfortunately, the finance department overcharged my account by $500, sending me into overdraft with the bank. Therefore, the overall rating of this dealership, I give 3 stars.
Mr. Bagwell is a gentleman and very accommodating in every way. It???s not always easy for a woman or anyone for that matter to negotiate for a car and he made it as comfortable an endeavor as possible and for that I was very grateful. Last time I dealt with Vicky so he had big shoes to fill. It???s too bad that your sales managers are apparently under so much pressure to squeeze the last dime out of people that they can???t be pleasant.
I've been coming here for 11 years to get my car serviced and always had a great experience with the staff. I usually only dealt with the service department but finally did business with someone from the sales team. Melissa Evans was very friendly and patient. I will continue to do business with Hendrick Honda of south boulevard.

i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
Went to Power On Auto (Poweronauto.com) in Matthews, NC and worked with Graeme. Had a perfect experience with zero pressure of any kind for a used Nissan Xterra. Really pleased and would recommend this dealership for sure.
The product specialist, Greg Jordan was so attentive and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. I have to say out of all the Lincoln dealers in a 100 mile radius he is tops!
