Sussex Honda review
Sussex Honda & sales rep Gary Zinn are a stellar sales combination! My purchase experience was smooth & I felt relieved :) I felt buying my vehicle from them was the best decision I could make! It was the right model, fair price & I felt valued… my safety & happiness were also taken into consideration - so appreciated! I plan on making future purchases with “Team Gary & Sussex Honda!” Shop with them - no regrets…
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Honestly I'd already decided I was buying elsewhere. Came to this lot only because the color I wanted showed up in their inventory feed at like 11pm. Drove up the next morning half expecting the usual bait and switch. It was there, it was the right trim, and the out the door number they emailed me before I left the house was the number on the contract. I've bought five cars in my life and that's never once happened.
2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Trust AutoReviews
Trust Auto review
I reached out to Trust Auto regarding a Toyota 4RUNNER. I was immediately contacted by Frank. I unfortunately contracted the flu virus which put me out for over a week. Frank was very patient and professional and checked on me every couple of days. I had a trade which I was going to trade in on the Toyota. I am located 2 1/2 hours from the dealership, so I was able to take pics of my trade and without even seeing my trade in person, I feel that Frank and Trust gave me a fair trade in value. I unfortunately decided to go a different route with selling my car privately to a coworker and not replace my car. I never did purchase the vehicle from Trust, but dealing with Frank made me 💯 % comfortable and I would definitely give Trust the opportunity to earn my business in the future. Thank again for all of your help during this process.

DCH Paramus Honda review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hamad Deeb at Honda of Paramus! From start to finish, Hamad provided exceptional customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best possible experience. What really sets Hamad apart is his warmth, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond. He made what can often be a stressful process feel easy, comfortable, and even enjoyable. I never felt pressured, just genuinely taken care of. Hamad is truly an asset to Honda of Paramus. If you're looking for someone who cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does, ask for Hamad. You won't be disappointed! Thank you, Hamad, for making this such a wonderful experience!

2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Matt Burne Honda review
Guy's experience and knowledge helped my daughter find and lease a great CR-V. Guy went above and beyond especially during the time constraints of the holiday and respecting our need to get back to work. He found and led her to exactly what she needed and wanted. She walked in the dealership only to "look". She walked out with the perfect car and the biggest smile and she couldn't stop thanking me. This was a professional and great customer service experience. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Guy. Our finance experience with Sean was equally as professional, satisfying and he was very respectful. Thank you to all those who made this happen.

I can’t recommend them enough, run don’t walk! They worked with me and got me into my dream car. I walked out with the keys and was smiling the whole way home. Truly outstanding guys!
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.
