Excellent customer service, no hassles, and no pressure. Their selection of vehicles is amazing as well.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

I brought my car in for maintenance and was very pleased with the service. Chris greeted me when i drove up and he was so nice and had a smile on his face. Blake kept me updated the entire time my car was being serviced. He explained everything going on and what was done and needed to be done. He was very nice. As a Senior citizen it it so nice to see this kind of service by your employees.

I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

Blake Sharkey was my sales manager. He was well informed on all the vehicles. He listened to my needs and concerns then showed me a few options. He was kind, helpful, and professional making the transition go smoothly. I appreciated the care in which he showed me the car and made sure I understood everything about it.

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

This is an excellent mid-size car if you're looking for something that will get you around the city. It has get up and go without even being a turbo and the gas mileage that my wife and I have achieved in this car on the highway is close to 36 miles to the gallon 😊😊😊😊😊

Flatirons Subaru review
Recently we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, Colorado. The dealership was very clean, well organized and made a good impression from the moment we entered it. The available salesman at the time we came in was Connor. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and mannered. He showed us several vehicles helping us to decide what to buy. If you want to buy a Subaru I definitely recommend Flatirons Subaru and also ask for Connor. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had the displeasure to run into another person who looked very unprofessional. But the experience we had with Connor, convinced me to give 5 stars to this business.

The crew was great and very helpful. The shop was spotless, the vehicle was completed in a timely manner, and vehicle was very clean for pickup.
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
I was car shopping for a few months and found a pre-owned SUV at Groove Toyota. I called the dealership and salesman, Daniel Bailey answered. We set a time in an hour and when I arrived Daniel had both SUVs I inquired about, up front, washed/detailed and ready to test drive. First, I hate going to car dealerships and it's a stressful situation I try to avoid but Daniel made it a pleasurable experience. I've been in sales for over 26 years and I appreciate a good salesperson who doesn't make you feel like you're just a # or that is overly aggressive. Daniel asked great questions up front to ensure he was providing good service and not wasting my time. He cared about what I was looking for and what was important to me. I felt like he was listening and seeking to understand vs just selling me. I really appreciated that. I left that afternoon, torn on what I was going to do, as I had a couple of SUVs I was interested in at other dealerships, but in the end I came back to Groove Toyota because of Daniel. We made the sale on a busy Saturday and he stuck by my side through the entire process, which included me trading in my truck. To the management at Groove, you may have 80+ salespeople fighting for a sale, but it's the ones like Daniel who build loyalty out of customers like me by treating people with respect. Daniel represents your dealership with integrity and character, and these are qualities you just can't teach, but should appreciate.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

This was the best experience EVER buying a vehicle. Giving Megi kudos doesn't even touch the surface of how great she is. Talked with her on a Tuesday, she listened, she heard and she conquered. Berkenkotter Motors Castle RockReviews
Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
This was one of the best buying experiences that I've had with a dealership. I was an out of state buyer (San Diego) looking to purchase a 2014 E350 wagon that Berkenkotter had listed. I worked with Cameron over text message/email to discuss the car and negotiate the price. Cameron was very helpful, knowledgable and easy to work with. We came to an agreement, and I was able to book my flight out and come to the dealership. Cameron started the paperwork prior to my flight so that things would be ready to go when I arrived. The car was exactly as presented in the listing. During the test drive, the battery on the car did die, but I was able to get it restarted and back to the dealership. Cameron had the shop test the battery quickly, turned out to be needing a replacement and they threw in a new one for me. Finished the paperwork and then drove the 1100 miles back to San Diego. I would absolutely recommend working with Berkenkotter Motors, great staff and very friendly. Excellent pricing as well. Shout out to Alan and Wade who were also there when I purchased and were part of the experience.

Carlton CarReviews
Carlton Car review
David & Jennifer made the whole buying process extremely easy. I got a KILLER deal on a loaded Buick Lucerne, and for what I paid for the car, I could have easily gotten a whole lot less of a car from another lot. The financing, the car and the reputation backing the sale all added up to my confidence in making the purchase. I filled out a credit app online, got pre-approved and when it came time to bring the car back from the test drive, David had all the paperwork ready and we closed the deal in a half hour. If you're looking to save a great deal on a used vehicle, give these guys a shot.

Hanlon O'Connor is above and beyond the most respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant vehicle sales representative that I have ever done business with. Extremely enjoyable and efficient experience, timely, and honestly fun. Could not recommend him and Christopher Dodge more!!! We walked away with a 2021 Dodge Laramie with a gorgeous night package and I've never been happier with a vehicle purchasing experience.

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

Two experiences selling a car here in the last few years and got a quick, VERY fair price for our used cars. Ask for Zevar. He is super fast, professional and personable. You won’t regret it.
