2020 Hyundai KONA review
I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

Two prices were listed, one for AutoNation and one for the dealership. I called to clarify and was promised the lower of the two prices. As the car was being completed and delivered to the dealership we were kept informed at every step. As we were in NW Montana we had to fly down to Denver to pick up the car. Once there we were able to complete the transaction seamlessly. Less than two hours in and out.
2021 Hyundai KONA review
This is an excellent mid-size car if you're looking for something that will get you around the city. It has get up and go without even being a turbo and the gas mileage that my wife and I have achieved in this car on the highway is close to 36 miles to the gallon 😊😊😊😊😊

2019 Hyundai KONA review
Have had trouble with car not starting. Seems the starter has a "flat spot" on it, and on occasion will not start. Battery is good, and I must turn the key up to ten times before it will "catch". Will happen up to 5 times, and then will move on and start just fine. Service unable to duplicate problem, so can't get it fixed under warranty.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I have a Kona Ultimate 1.6Turbo and I absolutely love it! She's small but spacious and roomy. She's got incredible acceleration speed. Even tho it's a small crossover, it's bigger than you think. The trunk/cargo area is decent, but more like a car trunk than an suv trunk. The back seats are comfortable for my kids. The heated front seats are incredibly comfortable too!

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I am renting this vehicle. This thing handles well. Turning radius is better than my mother's Toyota RAV4 in my opinion. Interior is really good. Control panel, driver controls, information display and selectors, are all simple and easy to get it where you would want set up. Blue tooth, radio, and touchscreen are the best!

Which means I also interacted with a lot of different salespeople. So when I say Brandon was the best salesperson I worked with, I don't say that lightly. Hands down, he stood out from everyone else. He was on top of everything from the beginning - responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and always followed through on what he said he would do. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was available when I had questions, but never did the stereotypical pushy salesperson routine that makes car shopping so exhausting. Most importantly, he came across as a genuinely nice person. Honest, respectful, patient, and easy to talk to. Buying a car can be stressful, but working with him was refreshingly straightforward. If you're an introvert who dreads buying a car because it means interacting with a bunch of new people, Brandon is really good at reading the room and making you feel comfortable. If you're an extrovert, the same applies. He has a way of meeting people where they are and making them feel welcome without ever seeming fake or over-the-top. Out of all the dealerships I visited and all the salespeople I dealt with during my search, Brandon stood out by a mile. He made the entire experience feel easy and low-pressure, and I always felt like he was focused on helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. I don't usually write reviews, so the fact that I'm taking the time to write one should tell you how positive this experience was. The rest of the team at Herb Gordon was great too, which only reinforced the positive impression Brandon made from the start. If you're looking for someone who will treat you with respect, listen to what you want, and make the car-buying process as painless as possible, I highly recommend working with Brandon.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I've been driving my 2020 Kona Turbo for 3 years now and my opinion on this car is ever-changing. Preface: I'm 18 years old and my parents got this Kona for me to earn and now daily drive. I thought the design team was off their rocker when I saw the tail light design, but my expectations were far too high. The whole look of the car grew on me and now I really think its one of the best looking subcompacts you can buy. I ended up with the lime green color w/ the green interior stitching, which also grew on me heavily. The Kona has such an aggressive stance that only gets better when i threw on 25mm wheel spacers (highly recommend if you're going for an aggressive look). I was taken aback at the performance of the green little bugger, it really surprised me how much giddy-up it has stock. Naturally, I was yearning for more performance so I picked up a chip-tune which made it the absolutely perfect vehicle to me. I haven't had any issues with the car other than those that are self-inflicted (meaning no fault of Hyundai), so with nearly 30k on the odometer id say this thing is pretty reliable so far, just don't forget to do your oil changes or the turbo wont be happy. Overall this is a GREAT car for anyone learning to drive. Not too powerful, AWD is a no-brainer, plenty of trunk space (even more with the seats down), and a comfy ride for the price point! Not to mention the Sport Mode adds some extra responsiveness to your driving experience. Overall great value.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!
2021 Hyundai KONA review
This car has sensors on the vehicle which keeps your vehicle in the lines while driving and has bluetooth capabilities and rear back up camera. It isn't the roomest vehicle and probably not for anyone over 5'9 but it's great for me and my family.
