I had a great experience working with Parker Rogalla. He kept me up to date with all the information about all of the particulars on the vehicles I was interested in. His follow up and follow through was great. Definitely someone I would work with again when it comes to buying a car.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

Russ Darrow Metro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

Would recommend this dealership specifically if you are needing help in service. My advisor was Jacob Skaalen. Super sweet kid, knows what he’s doing. He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands the entire time and the communication while my vehicle was in the dealerships was spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Audi South OrlandoReviews
Audi South Orlando review
I came to this dealership in 2018 to purchase a vehicle and had a rather unpleasant experience with the receptionist, 2 members in sales, and a manager, so I purchased my vehicle elsewhere. 8 years later, I purchased another Audi out of town and decided to try Audi South Orlando for service. As soon as I arrived in service, I was immediately welcomed and treated with the utmost level of respect. While I was initially told I would receive a loaner car while my car was being serviced, the service advisor informed me my particular service wasn’t going to take as long as I was originally told so I would not be able to get a loaner, however, they offered to call and pay for an uber to take me anywhere I needed to go and get me back to the dealer once my car was done. While finishing the check in process, it turned out the appointment I made over the phone was actually scheduled for a different day than what I was told, so I wasn’t even on the schedule for that day. The service advisor, Austin, still got my vehicle in and took great care of me. They kept me up to date with texts and videos throughout the service and were nothing but friendly and professional during the whole process. I’m glad I came back years later because staff has definitely changed and the way I was treated this time around was 100x better than in 2018. I will continue to bring my vehicle back here for service and hopefully purchase future Audis from South Orlando.

Toyota of Deerfield Beach review
The online car buying experience with Toyota of Deerfield was excellent. I came in, went for an extended test drive with the sales rep who was helpful and knowledgeable. The paperwork was extensive but went smoothly. No high pressure tactics on extended warranty and such. I usually prefer to buy private party because of the games so many dealerships play. Toyota of Deerfield was simple and straightforward. Great car buying experience.

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm BeachReviews
AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
“Shopping” for a new or used vehicle has never been on top of my favorite things to do list — albeit ultimately having the car is a favorite thing! At previous dealerships I have found the process to be time-consuming and displeasing even when I found a vehicle! However, AutoNation Cadillac in WPB has definitely changed my opinion — going there was a most pleasant, seamless, and enjoyable experience from the first point of contact to the culmination of the transaction! Both Rudy and Jack were perfect gentlemen every step of the way making one of my most hated things to do turn into a welcoming and enjoyable and fruitful experience! Thank you Rudy and Jack! D. 2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ChesapeakeReviews
Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Chesapeake review
The experience was great at southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Chesapeake. My salesman, Anton was very up front, honest and easy to talk with. He got the job done in no time! John got my contract together. He too was great to work with. The environment was good. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and they were very patient with me. I’d definitely go back and recommend others to go as well. Thank you guys for everything!
2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.
