My experience with purchasing this 2018 Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai was just a bit overwhelming at the beginning. At first I was doubting whether to wait and try other cars, but after signing all the papers for Kiel Ramoutar, and driving it for a day I realized I had the car I liked. Of course it all started with Marty Isreal who is conscientious, humorous, hard working and very helpful. Grateful qualities that make a good sales person. Kudos to both Marty and Kiel for their superb hospitality.

Just drove 1200 miles and no complaints to report. Great ride! Comfortable for 4 adults. Held all my camping equipment with room to spare. Fits my needs.
The entire staff is so friendly and helpful especially Mr Jose Flechas. He gives good advice on how to take better care of your car.

Engines recall-material left in engine during the build. Hyundai and their dealers are no help to you. Stay away from hyundai. Did not get any straight answers about the problems. Called customer help line and was on hold for 45 minutes and i gave up.
This is a no hassel dealership with good quality pre-owed cars and fair prices. Marck, the sales rep that assisted me with my purchase was very responsive and attentive to my inquiries. I was impressed by the dealerships transparency on the vehicles history. Marck ensured to review every detail about the vehicles history report. I would highly recommend this dealership and Marck to anyone that's in the market for a pre-owned vehicle.

Really like the car the size is great. Rides very well. Doing good on gas. Has good get up and go when needed. Car handles well.

Acceleration was horrible when getting on the highway. Interior was too small. I felt like my head was touching the ceiling. I am 6 foot tall, and felt cramped in this vehicle, especially in the back seat.
Not a huge fan a car dealerships. For the usual reasons: Pushy sales people, Hidden Fees, and the back and forth that seems to go on forever until you are so worn down that you just crawl out the door or buy a car to end the misery. Keith Miller and Florida Fine Cars are the exception to the rule. Professional, up front and no haggling. Keith and the dealership get my highest recommendation!!!! ?

This car has met all of my needs, it has plenty of legroom,the seats are great heated and cooling both front and b,heated steering wheel,I love the power it has !!!! it has USB ports and the lights are awesome I can see far and wide!!!
My husband and I have experienced the best customer service experience ever with Jamie. He was very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and empathetic. I am so so grateful and happy with my new car! I not only recommend him, but also I will definitely come back to Jamie in the future!

I love this car. I drive this car everyday. It’s been reliable,comfortable and sturdy. It is a perfect car for housewife and mother. If you keep it’s oil change and tuneups I believe this could be a long standing reliable car

I am so in love with the Santa Fe!! I owned a suburban for 19 years before the engine finally died and I had to find a new vehicle. I wanted something fun but still a usable SUV for our family, and this was such a blessing!! Affordable, fun to drive, amazing features - could not be a better vehicle. We love the Santa Fe so much, when my daughter needed a vehicle, we got her a Santa Fe Sport!
Bought a certified preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee my salesman was fine but the “STAR” of my purchase was Tiffany Shelton ! The finance manager she got me an incredible intrest rate! And I was in and out within an hour ! HASSLE FREE !

Wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe. We absolutely love this vehicle. It was afforadabbly priced and our model has heated seats, bluetooth and third row seats. I'm very impressed with the comfort of the interior and how well it drives. Have owned it long enough to fill up gas tank a few times and it's reasonable to fill up, not too expensive, and it is proving to get great gas mileage on my wife's commute. Highly recommend the Santa Fe and any of Hyundai models.
After talking with the internet to test ride car was supposed to be ready and gassed up it took a half hour to get the car and there was no gas in it but after that the sales people or very cordial and friendly and the overall experience was okay I went back the next day for an issue with the car and was not happy with the treatment I received

Ever since the day that I purchased this car I’ve been getting contacted probably about once a year for some sort of an update or some BS that Hyundai says needs to be done to the car although it may be free never had a new car need so much stuff done to it I put down three stars and reliability because they have known mechanical issues that don’t rear their head until just after the drivetrain warranty is up! I personally brought the vehicle and had the timing chain tensioner is changed and it was actually a cam phaser problem and now it’s 2600 miles over the original warranty and I will probably have to pay for it out of my pocket
