My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Forester Touring from Jose at Coconut Creek. We are very happy with the car and looking forward to many more years of adventurous and leisurely drives. Outstanding staff. This was by far the best one stop shop. We were interested in a Hyundai and Subaru. They lined up the vehicles we were interested in, drove them and made our decision. They put the numbers together that were right on the money and off we went. None of that auto buying drag you through the four hours of stupidity trying to wear you down to buy something your not looking for.
I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. He was able to help me with identifying my needs and choosing the best car for me and my family. Due to his great customer service, wealth of knowledge and expertise, I will continue buying my vehicles through this dealership. This is my 3rd car with Nissan in 5 years. Mario was the best sales person I've dealt with my entire life. Due to me being active military, I was unable to give the great review he deserved. I hope this review helps give Mario the credit he deserves.
Basically, I believe that when selling new cars there shouldn???t be any problems with the car. Due to my experience here I had to wait an extra hour and a half after purchasing the vehicle. It should have been all ready to be received upon purchase
After talking with the internet to test ride car was supposed to be ready and gassed up it took a half hour to get the car and there was no gas in it but after that the sales people or very cordial and friendly and the overall experience was okay I went back the next day for an issue with the car and was not happy with the treatment I received
Everyone in our household owns a Hyundai. Not only because of the vehicle reliability but, our sales agent is one of the top! Thank you Melvin G. For helping us like always. All the people that worked with me were great. I traded in my car unexpectedly and I am glad I did this. The experience was good and the employees were helpful. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but I would purchase from them again.

Communication between customer and departments involving sales, financing is poor. I gave a post dated check and the sale person where an agreement was made to deposit the check on the specific date on the check. All involved in the purchase agreed . The check was deposited before the date resulting in me having to pay an over draft fee on a the check. I did receive an apology after all the aggravation.
We arrived at the dealership and walked around for a while before being greeted, they were super secretive about the pricing and every time I asked for an estimate, it magically went up. It was kinda sketchy. I knew all the prices going in.
