2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport review
I love my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport SUV. It's stylish, comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I packed my Hyundai up with my most important and valuable items, including my dog, Sasha, and immigrated from Ontario, Canada, to Florida, USA to retire. That was in 2017 and my car is still as good as new now at the end of 2022. My Hyundai is a 2016. Love it !! ❤

2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport review
I am a Subaru guy when it was time to sale my 2008 Subaru I could not find a used Subaru priced right the prices are extremely high. Found this used 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at a Hyundai dealership that was priced right my wife and I are extremely happy with this car, the ride is excellent, plenty of room, quality is excellent and gets good fuel mileage. I just leased a new 2026 Palisade from Marhofer Hyundai of Green and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future purchases. I drove just over an hour to them as I was looking at used Subaru Ascents and they had the best selection of them for the best prices. I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn’t have that need to “manslain” everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!

"Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City...." - brianwoodward57 Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City. Each time, there is no nonsense, no pressure and no games. They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

Engine light came on near Largo, FL on our cross country drive vacation. Called Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai for emergency service. Matt Balliet was exceptional in working us into a very busy service week the same day we called the dealership. Our service technician, John Morris, found the problem & gave his recommendation. John also provided a great video of the car while being serviced showing what the problem was as well as the repair. He also showed other items needing repair & his recommendation. We took his advise & were confident our cross country drive back to Washington thru mountain passes would be without car issues. He was right. Both Matt Balliet & John Morris were fantastic in the service given & honest advise. We highly recommend both gentlemen & Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai for car service. Only wish they were in Washington State so we could use them for any of our Hyundai car needs. Thanks gentlemen!
